I take two a day on my doctors suggest to help support my thyroid. They're Brazil nuts. Theyre alright. Solid choice for what I need them for.

I wanted nuts with no seed oils so chose these as they are not roasted (roasting always includes oils of some kind). So I roasted these myself with pure avocado oil and put some Redmond’s salt on them when finished and they are DELICIOUS!
