The only supplement I've tried that actually helps control my blood sugar spikes. (I am a non-insulin dependent diabetic who takes oral prescription medication.) You can take Sugar Balance twice a day. Since I take oral medication twice a day, I normally take one of the SB doses with lunch. It really helps.

Not as good as I had hoped
My blood sugars came down a bit but not as low as I was expecting.Sugar Balance didn't work to my expectations.
