Einfach Wow, was für eine Dynamik, aber fangen wir von vorne an. Lieferung: Der Maono MH700 Studio Kopfhörer wird in einem kleinen Karton mit Markenaufdruck geliefert. Im Karton selbst erwartet euch, der in einer Tragetasche verpackte Kopfhörer, samt 2 verschiedener Kabel und einer Bedienungsanleitung, die leider nicht in deutscher Sprache verfasst ist, schade, allerdings sollte es für jeden Käufer kein Problem darstellen, diesen Kopfhörer in Betrieb zu nehmen. Übrigens: Aufgrund der cleveren Verpackung spart Maono Verpackungsmüll, super, so muss das sein, finde ich gut. Gewicht, Optik, Verarbeitung, Bedienung: Der Kopfhörer ist kein Federgewicht, er ist aber auch nicht zu schwer. Der MH700 vermittelt schon beim auspacken eine grundsolide Verarbeitung, die Gelenke sind frei von jeglichem Spiel, nichts wackelt, alles sitzt fest verarbeitet dort wo es hingehört. Mir gefällt, dass man den Kopfhörer platzsparend verstauen kann, siehe Fotos, er nimmt somit nicht viel Platz weg und lässt sich auch prima auf Reisen mitnehmen. Der Kopfbügel lässt sich auf beiden Seiten in der Länge verstellen, hier hilft für die gleichmäßige Einstellung, eine Skala mit Zahlen, damit sitzt der Maono MH700 ergonomisch richtig auf dem Kopf und über den Ohren. Der Anpressdruck des Kopfhörers ist angenehm stramm, so das er nicht verrutschen kann, der Druck ist allerdings auch nicht zu hoch, so das der Maono auch nach längeren Sessions keine Schmerzen bereitet. Die sehr weichen, mit Memoryschaum gefüllten Ohrmuscheln, sitzen sehr angenehm über den Ohren, dass Hautgefühl mit dem Proteinleder ist dabei gut. Ich wünsche mir hier von Maono, dass es in Zukunft noch Ohrmuschel Polsterungen aus Samt oder Velours gibt, so wie sie an meinem Superlux verbaut sind, das hebt noch einmal den Profilook und fühlt sich zudem noch viel angenehmer an. Mir gefällt am MH700 das man die Ohrmuschel Polsterungen abnehmen kann, ebenso wie das Polster des Kopfbügels, somit kann alles sehr gut gereinigt werden und falls es Ersatzteile gibt, kann man diese bei Bedarf auch kostengünstig ersetzen, prima Idee und super ausgeführt, so etwas nennt man Ressourcen Schonung. Übrigens sind die Ohrmuscheln nicht die größten, wer große Ohren hat muss das halt ausprobieren, meine "Lappen" passen da so gerade eben rein. ;-) Die Ohrmuscheln sind im Winkel zum Kopfbügel minimal versetzt, so das dieser bei richtiger Verwendung, gerade auf dem Kopf liegt. Zubehör: Der MH700 bringt wie angesprochen gleich zwei verschiedene Anschlusskabel mit, dass sorgt für eine riesige Bandbreite an Anschlussmöglichkeiten an allerlei verschiedenen Tonquellen, Stereoanlage, Smartphone, IPhone, Tablet, PC, Audio Interface, Musikinstrument und noch vieles mehr, klasse. Die Kabel werden am Kopfhörer mit einem Drehverschluss gesichert, so das diese nicht herausrutschen können, sehr gut gemacht Maono, auch das gefällt mir. Die Klinkenstecker haben dabei eine Größe von 3,5 mm und 6,35 mm, also Standard Klinken für Standard Buchsen, sehr gut. Die Kabel wirken sehr hochwertig, dass Kabel mit dem 6,35 mm Anschluss ist ein Wellenkabel, ob man das unbedingt benötigt lasse ich einmal dahin gestellt. Manche Nutzer freuen sich darüber, ich nicht unbedingt, da ich die Form von alten Telefonkabeln unpraktisch finde, zumindest für die Aufgaben für die ich diesen Kopfhörer verwende. Aber das ist Geschmacksache und kein Manko. Ton und Dynamik: Der Kopfhörer bietet einen Frequenzgang von 20 Hz bis 20 KHz, somit wird das komplette Tonspektrum abgedeckt. Die Impedanz liegt bei 32 Ohm und die Empfindlichkeit bei 100 DB. Damit kommen wir zu den wichtigsten Punkten bei einem Kopfhörer. Die 50 mm Neodym Treiber klingen einfach fantastisch, der Ton klingt sehr dynamisch und voll, die Höhen sind wirklich knackig, wirken dabei aber nicht zu aufdringlich. Die Mittetöne sind gut ausgewogen und wirken nicht zu "nasal", also genau richtig, diese Töne sind auch nicht überbetont, wie es leider bei vielen anderen Konkurrenzprodukten der Fall ist. Der Bassbereich des MH700 ist sehr dynamisch, fast schon zu dynamisch, mit dem MH700 kann man den Beat so richtig wummern lassen, wobei die Bässe sehr präsent sind. Hier muss also eher Bass zurück genommen werden als ihn noch zu erhöhen. Mir gefällt das mit dem Bass sehr gut, da ich als Content Creator auch selbst Musikstücke erstelle, die aus dem Bereich House und Techno kommen. Der MH700 macht mir beim Musizieren sehr viel Freude, da er einen klasse Dynamikbereich bietet. Der Maono Kopfhörer ist bestens geeignet um Musik zu hören, um selbst Musik zu erstellen und auch zum Video schauen, er ist somit ein echter Allrounder. Der MH700 ist aber auch für das Gaming sehr gut ausbalanciert, da er den Ton hervorragend von einander abgrenzen kann, man hört im Game somit einen Floh pupsen, das ist wirklich sehr gut. Und wer will nicht einmal eine Explosion im Game erleben, mit einem Bass der dir bis ins Mark gehen kann? Achtung das soll nicht heißen das der Bassbereich übersteuert ist, nein, der Bass ist wie schon einmal oben angesprochen, sehr präsent. Fazit: Ich bin von der Leistung und von der Verarbeitung dieses Kopfhörers mehr als angenehm überrascht worden. Der Kopfhörer punktet mit seiner Ergonomie, mit seiner Verarbeitung und besonders mit seinem sauberen Klangbild. Somit gibt es für den MH700 heute eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Die Marke Maono gefallt mir von Produkt zu Produkt immer besser, hier erwartet dich eine erstklassige Qualität zu einem bezahlbaren Preis, Hut ab Maono, weiter so. :-)

Casque de bonne qualité, robuste et facile à régler. Bonne qualité sonore. C'est un casque confortable qui ne fait pas mal aux oreilles même après des heures d'utilisation. Il s'adapte parfaitement et est compacte. Je l'ai acheté pour mon ampli guitare mais il est compatible avec la PS5 pour jouer au casque. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

I am a big fan of the Maono brand, especially the microphones (I use both the PD400X (dynamic) and the PM500T (condenser) as my main mics). Maono presents an excellent quality-price relationship in their products, which aligns perfectly with my consumer profile. Recently, I was happily surprised to know that Maono has just released a new product in the headphone space: the new MH700 Professional Monitor Headphones. Maono was kind enough to send me a pair of these for me to test and to provide my honest and unbiased feedback, to which I am very grateful, and I'll do just that, hoping that it can help both Maono and future consumers of this product. So, let's get into the review, shall we? 1 - What's inside the box: Inside the box you'll find a user manual, a Maono-branded carrying pouch, the MH700 headphones with 50mm 32ohm drivers and two cables: a 1.2 meter 3.5mm to 3.5mm straight cable, and a 3 meter, 6.35mm to 3.5mm coiled cable. The pouch has a middle partition that splits the internal space in two: one for your cables and one for the headphones. That's a nice touch ;) 2 - Build quality and main features: I'll start with the cables. The coiled cable is very robust, more so than the straight cable. The only downside for me is the lenght: I would have liked more lenght on the coiled cabled to be perfectly comfortable with my own setup (1m more, to be precise). The straight cable I would have made it 2m at least. Both cables have a proprietary locking mechanism on one end (to connect to the headphones), but don't worry because you can also use a standard 3.5mm cable to connect to the headphones, so you're not locked in to this proprietary mechanism by Maono, which is great! Do note that other vendors don't offer this versatility to their customers (e.g., Sennheiser). Now for the headset. The overall feel of the headset is very good and robust. It's mostly plastic, but that's perfectly fine. My Sennheiser 599's are also built that way, and I had no problems with them whatsoever. All the hinges work perfectly fine without any problems. The headband is reinforced with metal, and its adjustments are very good and precise, with very satisfying and robust clicks, that align perfectly with a very readable numeric scale printed on the metal band. The headband cover has a very good feel to it, in terms of the material, and it is easily replaceable, which contributes to extending the life of your headphones, and also making them even more comfortable to your liking with the possibility of after-market headbands. Do note that other headphone brands do not do this that often. For example, my Sennheiser 599's have a fixed headband. And, just like the headband, the earmuffs are also replaceable, contributing for the same longevity and comfort of the headphones. Awesome stuff here! These headphones have a shareport feature, that allows you to pass through the audio to another set of headphones, allowing you to share a listening session with someone else. Do take into consideration that the passthrough feature does attenuate the sound on both pairs of headphones a little bit. This is to be expected, given that the input power to drive the MH700 is not enough to drive both headphones at the same time with the same results. This attenuation seems to be more present in the second pair of headphones. Nevertheless, a nice feature to have. The headphones have a 32ohm impedance rating, which means they are very easy to drive, even from a simple smartphone, so no external amplifier required. Finally, you can also drive the headphones using any of the two available ports: either using the 3.5mm or the 6.35mm. That is just great in terms of versatility! 3 - Comfort. Now for the comfort. Do keep in mind that this is always a very subjective topic, but I have large ears and I was perfectly comfortable with the stock earmuffs for a 3-hour session. I do think that comfort would be better with a deeper and slightly larger earmuff, especially given that these are closed-back headphones, so they do heat up more than my Sennheiser 599's, which are open-back. Fortunately, you can easily purchase a deeper after-market earmuff if needed. The headband is very comfortable and the overall clamping force from the headphones is perfect for me: not too loose, not too tight, just spot on! The swivel axis allow your head to align perfectly with the earmuffs. Overall, very comfortable indeed! 4 - Sound quality. Now for the most important aspect, in my opinion: sound quality. You can have the most comfortable headphones on the market, but if they don't delivery a compelling sonic performance, they're out for me. I'm very happy to report that I am very impressed with the sound quality out of these MH700! Given that these are inexpensive headphones, I was definitely not expecting this kind of sound quality! Color me very impressed! These headphones are definitely worthy of their "studio monitor" branding, in the sense that their frequency response is very flat, which for content creation is a very good thing. I would say these have an excellent sound reproduction on all frequencies, for any music genre. For me, personally, the default EQ on these is excellent for studio work. And for the DJs out there, you can lift the sub-bass frequencies below 60Hz a little bit and you'll get a crisp and punchy bass. These do react very well to EQ, which is a very good thing to have. 5 - Final thoughts (and price). I have to say, for this price, I was not expecting this. I would say this pair of headphones easily competes with others that cost more than 100€, and still don't offer all the versatility these do. Good comfort and build quality, great versatility and excellent sound quality. If you can get them between 40€ and 55€, it's a great purchase! For that price, nothing else that I know of comes even close to these! Go grab one, you won't regret it! Well done, Maono!
