Excelente para las personas con alergias alimentarias

Muy mala consistencia, aún con las indicaciones que dice la caja se deshizo, la pasta es mucho más arroz que quinoa y el precio es altisimo para esta porquería, no vale la pena

I liked the taste of this pasta as well as the ingredients used. 5g of protein which is good especially since we don’t eat a lot of meat. Slightly expensive as most “healthier” pasta options are but it was comparable/lower than many I looked at Cook time says 8-12 minutes. Initially when I cooked for 8min the outside of the pasta had the slimy/mushy texture but the inside was more aldente. I then cooked for 2 extra minutes making the total cook time 10 min and while the pasta was still structured it did have a mushier texture than “standard” gluten pasta. I did actually like it though, my picky toddler liked it, and as my emotionless husband said will “probably” eat it again Will try to cook 9min and see if it makes a difference with texture, also to note I feel less sluggish/weighed down after eating which is a huge positive!
