I used 3 of these 12 volt lithium in series batteries on a golf cart that originally had lead acid batteries. They were exactly as described and worked perfectly for my application.

Straight out of the box parts of the BMS was tripped. Battery c hug rates up but the Noco lithium battery charger shows a fault. Seller recommends pulling the battery down and recharging yo see if the BMS resets itself. Pulled battery down to 80%, recharged and charger still showing a fault even tho the battery when tested us showing fully charged. Will discharge tge battery to 25% and see what happens. Who wants to mess with such issues straight out of the box. If fully discharging the bc artery Durant work then I have the hectic replacement issue to deal with. Wish I would have stayed with the old maintenance free derp cycle batteries.

I have power to run my camper and cooler.

We are extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service we have received. Upon receiving the item, my husband attempted to charge it and immediately received an error message stating, “terminals are crossed.” I reached out to the seller for assistance, but unfortunately, the support provided has been inadequate. Despite scheduling two virtual meetings, the representatives failed to log in at the agreed times, instead appearing 3–4 hours late and then requesting to reschedule for 8:00 p.m. To date, the issue remains unresolved, which is especially disappointing given the cost of the product. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing this battery.

It is small and lightweight. The battery lasts a long time and is great value for money.
