Nice chair at a great deal. I have been looking to replace my home office chair and have been considering other options at much higher price points. I especially like and wanted one with an integrated coat hanger as the room temperature can fluctuate. The product was well packaged, instructions were clear and easy to follow. Assembly was not difficult, I did it alone in about 20-25 minutes while taking my time with each step. Of course, having another set of hands is always better. Upon first try, the chair felt comfortable and provided a nice support for me. The ability to adjust the head rest and lumbar support is a nice feature. The chair is stable, no wobbles of any kind, and the control lever is easy to use for height adjustment as well as un/locking the tilt function. First time using a chair with a mesh back (another feature I was targeting) and loving it! Obviously, can’t comment on longevity yet at this point, but very happy with the purchase so far. I got the all-white version and fully mindful that dust and small particles will be more evident, and the risk of staining is higher. That’s the trade off I accepted in exchange for the price. I had an issue registering for product warranty as the seller’s portal would not recognize my Order ID. Sent them an email and they responded the next business day with an explanation and an appropriate resolution. Kudos to them for the great customer service.

Assembling it was a breeze – no hassle or frustration involved. The design really nails the balance between support and comfort. The lumbar support is great, making long hours at the desk a breeze. This chair gets it right! It feels tailored to your body. I can't stress enough how comfortable it is. Overall, a solid choice if you're seeking a chair that's easy to set up, supports your back, and makes sitting for hours a pleasure, to add great looking chair.

I received my chair, that I absolutely Love! Comfortable, well made, and very stylish. I notified the company's customer service about 2 missing screws and they responded immediately with a solution and a credit for my inconvenience. The screws were for the headset, which did not change the comfort of this awesome chair. I have not seen customer service like this in years. This company goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer!

This chair is fantastic value for money. I needed to change out my desk chair as after a few years of desk work, my body is paying the price. I was hoping to find a chair that was not crazy expensive, comfortable provides lumbar and neck support, has arm rests and is somewhat stylish. I ordered the brown chair, and it suits my office perfectly. As someone who is short (5'3") and small framed, I'm really happy that this chair isn't overly large. I also really love that the arm rests raise, and the chair has a hydraulic tilt when you lean back. Take the time to get it adjusted to your frame and you won't be disappointed. As a bonus, the leaflet that came with it offered a free lumbar pillow on request to provide more lumbar support - i'm taking them up on that and will update the review once it arrives. I think the extra support will be helpful as I have a large curve in my lower back. Their customer support has been excellent so far, and the product comes with a 3 year repair/replacement warranty with the manufacturer. For $120, i'm very happy with my purchase!

Der Bürostuhl hat mich von Anfang an überzeugt – der Aufbau war dank der klar beschrifteten Teile wirklich unkompliziert und mit zwei Personen in etwa 15 Minuten erledigt. Die Polsterung ist angenehm weich, gleichzeitig stabil, und sorgt auch bei langem Sitzen für hohen Komfort. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die sehr gut verstellbare Lendenstütze, die sich perfekt an den Rücken anpassen lässt und spürbare Entlastung bietet. Kopfstütze und klappbare Armlehnen erhöhen zusätzlich die Flexibilität im Alltag. Praktisch ist auch der Anti-Rutsch-Kleiderbügel auf der Rückseite, an dem man bequem einen Rucksack oder eine Jacke aufhängen kann – eine kleine, aber extrem nützliche Ergänzung. Insgesamt ein rundum durchdachter und hochwertiger Bürostuhl, der den Arbeitsalltag deutlich angenehmer macht.
