Excellent chair!! Easy to use right out of the box. Works great. Comforable. The best customer service ever. They contacted me and asked if I had questions, sent me an air cushion and other accessories. Easy to load and unload and fold and unfold. Battery lasts days!! Really good chair! Goes up my steep driveway no problem. Small enough to turn 360° in my hallway. I highly recommend this chair and the company that makes it. I haven't had customer service like this since the 1980s!!

I am very happy with the chair. At 36 pounds, I can fold it and pick it up and place in my car trunk. It is comfortable, very maneuverable and easy to use. Well made with good power and speed control. I purchased extra battery for extra assurance, but the battery pack has plenty of long running capacity. Well worth the cost.

This is a great chair! It is ready to go out of the box. So lightweight and easy to load. Folds and unfolds in seconds. Easy to maneuver even in small spaces. I had a question that was answered quickly by customer service. Highly recommend!

Writing on behalf of my Mom. This wheelchair is excellent. Easy to maneuver, sturdy yet portable (folds down) and the charge lasts a long time. Our customer service rep, Anna, was also EXCELLENT ! She reached out, unrequested, several times asking if there were any issues (there were NONE) and offered help if anything came up. The transaction didn’t end with a ‘tap’ on the buy button from Amazon. They genuinely care about their product and the customers that buy from them. This is the company you want to buy from !

I have had mobility issues since I was a teenager that have only gotten worse with the years. I'd always put off the idea of getting an electric, partly because of pride but mostly because I just did not have the equipment to manage hauling an electric anywhere. That is no longer an issue. I have been looking online for one for a while now and nothing seemed to just click with me. Most were either way outside what I was ready to spend or just did not have the features I needed. Then I came across this one. I will admit I was more than a bit skeptical at first. I had come across chairs very similar to this one for nearly double the price or more, so what was wrong with this one? I dropped it into my ‘Maybe’ list and gave it a long think. When circumstances in my life took a turn and getting an electric became a serious consideration, I took the plunge. It only took only a week to arrive and in that time I received several messages from the seller, making sure I had the tracking number and encouraging me to contact them if I had any questions. There was some simple assemble required but the chair comes with a small kit with all the tools needed. As for the chair, it’s awesome. I’m over 6’ tall so sitting in it was a bit rough on my knees for extended periods until I purchased a thicker seat cushion. I am a lefty and was concerned about the placement of the joystick but that turned out to be a non issue. Just like learning to ride a bike, it takes a bit of practice to get use to driving it, especially when going in reverse. (Always remember, forwards or backwards, your knees are going in the direction the joystick is pointed) Charging the battery and attaching it was pretty effortless, it slides into a groove just under the seat. I have not driven it far enough to deplete the battery yet but I have taken it out for a few long spins and it rides great. Even at full speed the ride is very stable. It folds up with minimal effort and has a one latch release to open it up. With its light weight and small collapsed size, there is no issue at all loading it into about any vehicle. I’m looking forward to a few trips with it in the Spring and will most likely buy an extra battery before then. The seller has followed up with me several times, always very professional and courteous. I requested a digital copy of the owners manual which I received in my email just a short time later. Overall, I’m very impressed with the chair and the customer service. At this point I can not recommend this chair enough. I will post any updates if needed.

This Electric wheelchair was received earlier than expected, but that was great. Large box was beaten up a bit from handling but no damages to interior. It was heavy but I walked it into the house to open. Very well packaged and lined box. Chair slid out fairly easy and wrapped in plastic to protect it. The chair unfolded easily and has a locking mechanism on backrest. Has enough of a battery charge to move it and test it. Very well made. Back wheel hand brakes easy to reach. Hand control for steering easily installed and wiring to battery is right there. No brainer to have it rolling in a few minutes. This is a great purchase!

Thanks so much for your assistance in answering my questions about how the WC works. And how to order an auxiliary battery. I appreciate the air cushion you sent when I mentioned the seat was a little low for me. The WC is exactly what I wanted, light weight, responds well, folds to allow me to easily put it in the back of the car. It’s also very quiet and easy to maneuver.
