I am absolutely thrilled with the Sleek Espresso. I was a little hesitant at first after reading some mixed reviews, but I noticed that many of those seemed to come from people applying it to heavily bleached hair. My hair isn’t bleached, and my results were genuinely amazing. The colour turned out beautifully rich and natural-looking, it enhanced my brunette shade without looking flat or overly dark. What impressed me most was the shine. My hair looked incredibly glossy and healthy, almost like I’d just stepped out of a salon. It felt smoother, softer, and much more manageable too. If you’re using it on suitable hair, the results can be fantastic. For me, it delivered exactly what it promised: a sleek, espresso-toned refresh with unbelievable shine. I will definitely be repurchasing!

These glaze hair dyes are great, no mixing, pump was included and depending on length of hair you get a few uses out of one bottle, leaves hair conditioned and feeling great with added shine and revitalises hair colour, I use inbetween hair dresser visits, great value for money

Used it once, turned my hair to a bluey green in places.. I don't even understand how when it has a red base colour! Won't be using it again absolute waste on money and time. Took away any shine my hair had and turned my hair dry

I picked this up as a low effort way to refresh my hair between proper colour appointments. I wasn’t looking for anything dramatic, more just added shine and a bit of richness where things start to look dull after a few weeks. I’ve used glosses before that either do nothing or leave hair feeling coated, so expectations were fairly realistic. First impressions were good. The pump bottle is practical and less messy than squeeze tubes, which I appreciated straight away. The gloss itself is quite thin and easy to work through damp hair. It spread evenly and didn’t feel heavy or greasy while applying. What I liked: ✅ Hair felt noticeably softer after rinsing ✅ Added shine without making hair feel coated ✅ Colour result was subtle but even ✅ Easy, quick application with no mess ✅ Didn’t dry my hair out What I didn’t like: ❌ Colour boost is very gentle, don’t expect a big change ❌ Results fade fairly quickly with regular washing ❌ Not suitable if you want to cover greys or lightened hair The bottom line: This is more of a “polish and refresh” product than a colour treatment, and that’s not a bad thing. It made my hair look healthier, smoother, and slightly richer in tone without feeling like I’d done anything drastic. If you go in expecting a subtle boost and extra shine rather than a full colour refresh, it does exactly what it says on the bottle. 🌟 My rating: ★★★★☆

Honestly, I was so ready to write a bad review as I was so worried when I applied this as it really looked like a rich red colour and I was convinced it was going to dye my hair red as opposed to the dark rich brown advertised. My God, how wrong could I have been! There is a tiny smidging of warmth in certain lights but the colour is absolutely amazing, the condition, texture and let's talk about the shine!! I wouldn't have believed that this much shine could come from a bottle, let's face it its so rare that products actually do what they say but this one delivers and some! My only question is how often can I use it? I'm now a lifelong fan!

Little on the expensive side and need to leave on longer then adviced

I’m obsessed with glaze products! Best toners I’ve ever used with the best results and leaves hair feeling amazing. I’ve found it also works better on dry hair for myself.

DO NOT BUY IF U HAVE EVER HAD PREVIOUSLY LIGHTENED HAIR THEN WENT DARKER. Do not buy if your hair has ever had bleach on it. I had a balayage about 2 years ago and then went dark about 5 months ago. I bought this to have a refresh of my hair in between appointments. My hair is now blue. Do not buy it only use on uncoloured hair. I didn't think it would be a problem seeing as my hair was dark and haven’t had any bleach on my hair for about 2 years.
