Easy to apply. Not sure about Adhesion or Durability due to just installing them. Rated them high because they appear to be durable and were easy to apply.

size is as described. adhesicmve is very weak. i would not purchase again, at least not for my application. i mounted them on metal beams and they came down due to lost adhesion after about 12 hours
