Fantastic filter, I went with the 1900 since it has the best filtetration and no restriction on airflow even at 10% vs the 2200, overkill unless you plan on running your car inside your house. The 1500 has half the pleats, so for $2 more, you get a much better filter going with the 1900. Bluetooth was a breeze to set up and use and works just fine. The only issue i have is, my intake is 19 and 1/2 square, and I can't order that size (custom) at lows even though they sell the 19 1/2 without Bluetooth, go figure. Since I have a 3/8 inch lip to hold the filter in place and not sucking it up the intake, i was able to trim off one side of the paper (edge of pleats) and squeeze in the other side (straight plete). I may cut off straight plete side next time I replace it. Again, I have a 3/8 inch lip all the way around where the filter fit's up against the frame nice and solid. This has No effect what's so ever on its operation since the frame has that 3/8 inch lip holding it firmly in place. No need to use tape on cut pleted end, the frame holds it in place, on the side end, ill have to cut open that edge, trim the plete and fold the paper back over and tape it with 1 inch masking tape. Done! Hope yours is not an odd shape. If the filter is getting dirty fast, that means its doing its job! Got it? See photo

We have a 2 year old and two German shepherds in our house. As you can imagine cleaning up dust and dog hair is a never ending project, especially with our plank flooring. I picked up these filters and installed them not realizing they had this Bluetooth feature to tell you when to change them. These made a noticeable difference in the amount of visible dust in our home and our allergies seem to be less. The Bluetooth is neat but a little unnecessary. Overall price of air filters is excessive but these are on par with every other brand. I’ll probably continue to use these when this one reaches the end of its life.

I initially thought that having a Blue Tooth monitor for the air filter was a bit gimicky --- But I am now on the third installation and I enjoy monitoring the Air Quality and Service Life of the filter -- Filtrete filters are great anyway -- have used them for many years. Using the App is easy, informative and reminds me to change the filter sooner than I used to. Admittedly, these are a bit pricer than non Blue Tooth filters.

I was skeptical when I first purchased this with the blue tooth option. But the app/monitoring system let me keep the filter in place much longer than I normally would have based just on time (8 months compared to 3). You need to make sure you are in blue tooth range for the app to be updated by the sensor (to check life left). Switching to the new filter was very each, there is a button on the app which worked well. Recommend!

So I normally do not write reviews but I thought this one was worth the review. I purchase a two pack a little over a month ago. We are new homeowners and of all things replacing the filter has slipped my mind... well a few times. So I bought these to help with reminding me. All around as a filter they seem to do their job and filter the air. As for the Bluetooth part I have had no issues with the pairing capability.The only 2 complaints I have is that when I checked the app just by chance it said the filter had 4 % and needed to be replaced. I would have expected it to have sent me a notification. Maybe it does at 0%? 🤷‍♀️ I did check my phone setting and it shows that notification are turned on so that wasn’t it. (Just to clarify that issue up)Also, I didn’t like that they came wrapped together I would have like them in individual packages. This being so that the other one didn’t get dirty while waiting to be used. But not a deal breaker!Overall am happy with the product and for now I will be continuing to use them.

Filter has a bluetooth sensor on it, along with App helps you track condition and when to replace it. I wish each filter was packed separately from each other, my HVAC unit uses one at a time. My Home Depot and Lowes do not carry the higher grade filters. Price is good and perfect for the summer and winter months when HVAC is kicked on for a few days in a row.

Best filter out there and depending on the level you want the price increases. The most restrictive is not always the best, for clean air yes but could cut down airflow/back pressure depending on your system.Most filter reviews constantly have 3M as top choice in construction

Before/after…. Having the ability to check air quality as well as being notified of any issues is helpful, especially when your spouse is away.
