I got this because I read somewhere that Bilberry works as well or better than tart cherries for helping with gout. I can’t say for sure if that is true or not, but since I’ve had this and take it on a regular basis, I haven’t had an issue. So I’d say it works well for the reason I got it. I didn’t find it hard to swallow but some people may. It’s a tablet and not a capsule. It the cheapest thing, but if it works it’s worth the money.

I have been taking bilberry extract for years to help with night vision. I'm 71 years old and it's not safe for me to drive at night if I haven't been taking two capsules per day. If I stick to the 2 capsules per day, I feel safe driving. I can walk around at night in the dark in my house, and it's amazing how much more you can see. When I say amazing, I am not kidding. It is literally like night and day. Not sure that this brand is that much better than any other ones. But the bilberry is the secret

I was looking for a supplement with Anthocyanidin and I certainly found it. The reviews were quite good, the dosage more than adequate and the price and quantity was truly surprising. An excellent product with an excellent price. I was definitely sold.

Bilberry is an excellent source of anthocyanin. The product is accurate on its description and it does according to the product’s specifications. Only been taking the caplets for just a week and I noticed the difference in my body.

My husband has high blood pressure, and his Dr wants to put him on prescription drugs ... this would be his 7th prescription medication. A very good friend of ours effectively controls her blood pressure by eating one cup of blueberries five days a week. Blueberries are very expensive and are not very plentiful in Alaska during the winter months. We decided to try Billberry Extract pills in lieu of taking a prescription drug or eating 5 cups of blueberries every week. My friend lowers her blood pressure in just a few days by eating blueberries, and we were hoping for a similar outcome. The pills are quite large but are easy to swallow due to their oval shape. They are white and the pills in our bottle did not smell (nor taste) like a berry. After taking one pill every day for a week, and seeing no difference in his blood pressure, my husband started to take two of these pills every day. Still after a week of a double dose, there was no difference in his blood pressure. Bilberries contain vitamin K, which is said it may help reduce blood clots. Bilberries also contain anthocyanins, which might reduce cholesterol and lower blood pressure. I researched pureclinica, the makers of these pills, and found them to be sound with a good reputation for making quality products. I am not sure why my husband didn't get the results we had hoped for, because these pills are quite potent, and were a good value when comparing apples to apples with other brands. Unfortunately there was no appreciative impact on his blood pressure readings. I had high hopes, but was very disappointed. Still, bilberry is an excellent antioxidant and may very well have helped him in other ways, just not the one we had hoped for. I have no doubt these are a quality product and may have beneficial effects for some people, but they didn't lower my husbands blood pressure, which is why we bought them.

I have taken bilberry extract for 20 years, prescribed by a doctor for pain from varicose veins and these are one of the better quality ones. Easy to swallow but a little pricey. I will definitely buy again.

Pris en parallèle d'une alimentation riche en anti-oxydants suite à un cancer, il fait partie de mes habitudes journalières (validé par mon oncologue). Je conseille !
