This is a big, multi purpose support cushion. It comes in three parts and provides excellent support and comfort for those having to spend prolonged periods in bed. It’s very well designed and is a quality product. We are using it in a bed with an attached headboard, therefore it doesn’t slip and the bed doesn’t move from the wall. Great for snoozing in a semi upright position and for reading/watching tv. Recommend.Would be even better if there were covers to put on it or the the current, washable, covers were a different colour to white.

This is supposed to help posture but the curve rounds my back and made my back hurt more.The covering material is so slippery too you slide down it.The Velcro strips run to where your arms rest so you are resting arms against an itchy Velcro strip.I rarely leave Amazon reviews but had to voice my opinion on this product. Awful

I like the memory foam, it is firm enough to be adequately supportive for sleeping upright but is also soft and warm to the touch. The velcro connections aren't great but I think we can manage. Lots of different way to use it / set it up but especially great for needing to be very upright. Using for a heart failure patient who can no longer sleep lying flat because of issues with blood oxygen saturation dropping too low when lying flat. So this is honestly invaluable.

My mum had arthritis very bad and uses one of these to sit up in bed , but this one she said is the best wedge pillow she ever had . It supports her and she finds it very comfortable and likes that it is wider than other wedge pillows and fits her back better being as she a larger lady . Only dissapointing thing is the dust bag zip is broke and you don't get a spare protector case nor can you buy one separately which would be so handy if you could buy a spare while you wash one ... super

I don't think it's worth £69+. I got £10 off, and I don't really think it was worth £59+. It's cheaply made, the cover is polyester and thin, though removable which is good. The foam is basic, and the segments, esp. the pillow have little depth. The foam is quite soft, esp. the pillow. The velcro tabs are too long, leaving the segments connected too loosely. The stitching isn't done with care and it's not finished off neatly. However, the foam is comfortable to sit against and the curved main section does offer some lumbar spine support. It just looks better online than in reality, and is not great quality.

This is fantastic! It really helped my husband recover after coming out of the hospital. The size is just right, and it’s nice and firm. Plus, it’s versatile and can be used in different ways—definitely a bonus!

I bought this for my mum, as she is no longer able to lay flat due to her breathing and heart issues. Truly greatful that I have bought this for her, she has had her first full nights sleep in months!!! Game changer for anyone with heart issues, I am honestly so pleased with this item. Thank you.

I am so surprised this has so many good reviews- especially from people recovering from surgery. Like one other review mentioned, I found this to be a complete waste of money and not fit for purpose. I bought it as a wedge support for sleeping on a recline for my acid reflux, and it doesn’t work, I just end up slipping down in the night. So I have since tried to use it as a back support, so I can sit upright in bed. But again, it doesn’t work. It doesn’t stay firm in place, so I end up slipping back, the recline is at too much of an angle for sitting upright anyway, and the Velcro tabs do not hold the pillow firmly in place. On top of that, the pillow is incredibly overpriced, for a piece of foam. Wish I hadn’t wasted my money.
