I bought the Leayu headset on August 28, and for the first month or so, it was amazing. The sound quality is fantastic, and it's comfortable to wear for long periods, so I was really happy with it. However, by October, it randomly fell apart. The headset still works fine, but the pieces literally started disassembling themselves one day. I’m not sure if it was poorly assembled when it was made, or if something happened during the delivery, but I didn’t notice any issues until after a while of use. It’s really disappointing because, otherwise, the headset is great—good sound, solid performance—but the build quality just didn’t hold up as expected. Despite this, I’m still planning on buying another one because the sound and functionality are top-notch, but I do hope that the next one has a bit better durability. Maybe I just got a faulty unit? Fingers crossed the next one lasts longer!

If I could give this headset 6 stars, I absolutely would! The audio quality is outstanding—crisp, clear, and with excellent noise cancellation. The microphone picks up my voice perfectly, which makes it ideal for online meetings, gaming, or calls. It’s very comfortable to wear, even for long hours, and the design is sleek and professional. I was honestly shocked by how high-end this headset feels for such an amazing price. The battery life is impressive too. If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality performance without spending a fortune, this is it. Highly, highly recommended!

First off I should have done more research before just buying but I needed one for work because I have sensitive skin. Quality 5star Noise cancellation 5star Ease to connect 5star Comfort 3 star. Only reason I deducted a star. It has a hard plastic piece on one side that digs into my head. The foam piece that covers other ear is narrow and applies pressure to the edges of ear So, after an hour I have to take it off for a few.

I got this headset for our call center since I saw that it was well rated for truckers with good noise cancelling capabilities. I wasn't sure how the quality was going to be given the price, but the device was really easy to sync with multiple devices including a laptop and a cell phone. Once connected, it was really clear picking up a call and the caller sounded crisp and clear with no static and was loud enough to comprehend without even turning up the volume. We further tested it by speaking loud next to the person on the device and we couldn't hear the other person talking at all, even though they were literally right next to the person speaking! Our customers say they hear us crystal clear and the CSR's (Customer Service Reps) have all commented on how much they like them. The only negative I have heard from the team is the fact that there is only one earpiece, so it is sometimes distracting hearing the others speaking in the call center of the CSR is not trained yet in blocking our the other noise. That said, we like that there is only one earpiece, so we can provide live call coaching to our CSR's while they are on the phone. The battery also lasts a long time and can be used for the he entire day without requiring a charge at all, and our team is constantly on the phone from 8am-4pm. The device is a little bit heavy when being worn all day versus a light weight headset that doesn't have a large battery or control mechanism on it. Our team still prefera the slightly increased weight versus having a headset that doesn't remain on all day or have multiple controls directly on the headset. I liked these headsets so much, I even purchased one for myself which I use when getting on conference calls and when coaching the team.

I bought these LEAYU headphones to work from home, and they've exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is very clear, even on long calls, and the noise cancellation works quite well, ideal for noisy environments. The battery lasts a long time (actually close to 60 hours!), and the mute button is very useful during meetings. They're comfortable to wear for hours, and the microphone picks up my voice perfectly. I also love that they can connect to two devices at the same time, making it easy to switch between my phone and computer seamlessly. Highly recommended for their price and functionality

Sound has good quality connectivity is pretty good no issues with the mic and it’s easy to use the only issue I’ve had is it don’t really stay put on my head

I have been using a corded head set for work for many years and just hated being tethered to my computer screen for 8 hours. This Bluetooth Headset works great. Sound is good, works well. The best thing is I am no longer tethered to my screen. Freedom to walk around is great. The headset has an adjustment for comfort. I have several coworkers I have talked to about this LEAYU BLUETOOTH HEADSET, and they plan on purchasing one too!
