Reading the instructions it says do not use if you have a metal implant. I have metal implant in my wrist and I tried to send an email to the company in China that makes this. I was immediately alerted it was a dangerous port. Now I would like to know how do I RETURN this to Amazon???????

Basically you just put your feet right on the top and with the remote you can adjust and pick the level. I like how it's very portable and easy to store. You can pretty much use it anywhere. People out there with foot pain this really is a product that gives you relief.

This is very useful for after a long day at work. I walk a lot for work. Some days, I reach 10,000 steps without trying. So many times, after walking up and down the stairs, my feet just hurt so much at the end of the day. This helps tremendously so that I can still function after work.

My toes have been stiff for several year and I have used various foot massagers to stimulate circulation. So far this (after only using it for 24 hours) has been my best investment. My toes are already getting a better range of movement. However along with aging comes dry skin so remember to slightly dampen the soles of your feet or the two foot pads for better conduction.
