I wanted to make a salad from back in the day like my mom use to and couldn't find SF Lime Jello anywhere i went. Finally got them through Amazon.

You can really taste it! Many of the sugar free other bands you are searching for flavor. Consistency is perfect, after it is chilled. Not watery. I eat it as a dessert, and don't feel deprived. I am a type 2 diabetic. You can add fruit to it. Make sure to add a little less water, if you do. I like to add fresh, diced apples sometimes. Gotta have that crunch!
