Liked that it’s easy to hang and it’s good quality product. What I didn’t like is that I ordered 2 boxes and one of the boxes didn’t come with all the pieces. So after communicating the 1st time they still sent me the wrong pieces. Finally after communicating the 2nd time they sent the correct pieces. Took me two extra weeks to finally get it all done because of these mistakes. Plus color was incorrect. So frustrated I just stuck with the color they gave me. Didn’t want to wait any longer.

Once the product finally arrived it was easy to install and looks great. Be sure to order lots of hooks to go with it. Shipment details and communication was lacking.For 2 weeks they showed product shipped, in reality only the shipping papers had been issued. They were OOS and only shipped after they received a new delivery 2 weeks later.

The shelves are very thin and flimsy. They were also delivered in poor packaging and one of the shelves was broken when they arrived. I returned them, but it was a real hassle because it's such a large item.

It was easy to install and it is sturdy; very good value for the money; the variety of hooks that come with the board and the ability to easily move them further enhances value.

Assembly was a pain. Should have looked for a better option

Bought four boxes. Exterior color was the same but the underlying plastic, as seen from the back, were of different colors. When installed on same wall, on set was of different height resulting in a difference of over an inch at eight feet. The difference stands out. Not happy. When I installed this product in a different house five years ago, the product was the same color, grey, all the way through and saw no different in height of different boxes.
