Very badly designed product. The metal ring around the bag gets super hot. If by mistake you touch the metal ring by mistake, be ready to get burns.

Material is good stays warm flexible not smelly. I did find some steam getting released at one time plus some drops leaking so be careful as could cause burns. Refrain from letting kids or elderly use without supervision as the metal casing near the cap gets very hot. Refrain from putting too much pressure too. Could have been more carefully made.

I ordered 8 items... and 4 comes damage/ leakage. Product quality not as expected
