This dissolves well in water. It is unflavored, so it is just going to taste like salt water without any odd taste. This seems to work just as well as other electrolytes that I have tried that cost twice as much, so this will be my go to moving forward.

I bought these for traveling because the bottle of liquid electrolytes I use was too big to take on the plane. I really regret buying these. First of all, they are super hard to open. You need scissors. Very frustrating while traveling. Second, they taste horrible. I put a whole one in my 24 oz water bottle and I had to dump it out and just use about a third of a packet each time after that.

I absolutely love the taste of the stuff! I would recommend to anyone! This stuff comes close to the taste of the expensive LMNT brand. I use it in my 30 ounce water bottle and it taste perfect.

This electrolyte packet product was quite effective at boosting energy. I tried when I fasted and it does really help minimize brain cloud/fog. I drink much water throughout the day, but adding this solution actually helps me go to the bathroom a little less. I feel like the water is better absorbed in my body, therefore preventing muscle cramps and the brain fog I've had before, especially when periodically fasting. I will say the taste of salt is strong. When I started taking initially, I had to reduce to half a packet for a week or so and work up to the full packet. Not a huge adjustment, but it's too strong to start off with the serving they provide. But it's wonderfully effective and does what's promised. I'll buy again now that I've grown accustomed to the intensity.

This stuff is good, I replaced LMNT with this... It does taste a bit saltier, so the LMNT still would be preferred if the price were the same, but I can't justify it over these for the money.... Also please make a mango flavor like LMNT has, that was my favorite! Would love to see you do that or a peach or something!!

I would probably rate this higher if it didn't taste like the liquid you drink before a colonoscopy. It is that bad for taste. It does do its job from what I can tell.

The biggest Pro of this product is that it's sugar free which is great when you're working out in need hydration you can taste a little salt in it which is good. The flavor is not bad, especially for keto and low carb diets. Keeps me hydrated as I'm out walking and on these hot summer days which is something I couldn't have asked for something better.It's packed with lots of magnesium which is good for you, as well as potassium and sodium.Great directions about not taking more than three and a 4-Hour period of time so that is helpful.
