Very good tent. Blew this up and left it. So far 3 months have gone by and it’s still up. No deflation

The customer service was phenomenal! Had problems with the tent staying blown up and several suggestions and solutions were offered. They were very detailed with things to try and responded quickly. I have no idea if there was a hole someplace or if the problem was temperature changes. I think a leak as it lost a lot of air, even during the day when it was warm out. Does not weigh all that much and blows up fast- we were surprised! Had the 13 x 9 tent and was very roomy inside as the sides came down straight rather than slanted which enabled full use of the floor.

Very easy set up, lots of room, perfect for a backyard hangout area!

Love the tent, but it was a little small for what I needed. Will not fit king size airbed without rubbing against the walls, unless you turn it longs ways, but then it takes up too much space. I had to return it, but I will say it was easy to go up and would recommend an automatic pump. It was easier than messing with poles, but arms got tired with hand pump. It is VERY HARD to get the tent small enough to go back into the bag. It took 3 people just to put it up and in my case put back into the box it came in.

I hesitated to purchase this because of the price, I gave it for stars because I do believe it is a little over priced for the size. It was easy to set up and take down. The window design is weird you can only roll them up from the outside. Other than that great product.

It was easy to put up that is the only good thing. window closers are on the outside so it it rains you have to go out to close them, also anyone can open the window while your inside the tent. The zipper broke on the main zipper the biggest section to go in and out of a tent. Seller never sent return label kept trying to offer $20.00 and told me to get the zipper fixed on their defective product. The entrances are low so you will have to squat to get in and out. Don't Buy this tent!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tent works just fine but I’m only giving 4 stars due to incorrect height description. Claims 6’5” but is really only about 6’3” to the outside top. I’m 6’1” and I can barely stand up straight in it. Wish it were a couple inches taller as advertised. Other than that it’s a great tent for the price. No issues yet.

I was excited for this tent, for some reason the tent will deflate after a couple hours. I don't hear or see a leak or hole anywhere so idk. Im thinking just a poorly made tent. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
