The bolts came already in place but the hydraulic pump of backward so I can pump my chair right

Bad quality chair.
Ought one chair and it was so cheaply made. Tried to return it and it took 4 times before I could get a refund finally. Offered me $15 then $30. I even tried to drop it off at address and would not accept it back.
