Recess Mood Magnesium Supplement Drink Calming Beverage, 12 oz, 12 Pack (Variety Pack, 12 Pack)

I got this because I’m 29 weeks pregnant and feel under a lot of stress. Normally I would have a glass of wine but of course can’t do that right now so I figured this would be worth a shot. My midwife has recommended Magnesium for my headache and recently told me to try B6 supplement for energy and sickness. I was pleasantly surprised to see these were 2 of the main ingredients. My best friend who recently quit alcohol came over and we had one together, we both enjoyed it and definitely got the calming feeling so overall it did its job! I see people complaining about the price, it’s definitely pricey! But for those who go out and drink this is easily one tab for one light night of drinking out on the town, so I think it’s all about perspective here. (Note: this is my experience and I’m definitely not trying to give medical advice for anyone who is or is not pregnant, please talk to your own doctor.)

I started purchasing these while doing Dry January as a replacement for my evening glass of wine, and they were so good and really did make me feel relaxed enough that I've swapped out all weeknight glasses of wine for one or two of these!

My alternative to a glass of wine at cocktail hour. The ingredients really do calm me down after a busy day. I have a subscription and keep my fridge stocked with Recess.
