Initially, I was really upset how long it took to get here, but it wasn’t the company’s fault as it was shipped via FedEx and they stated there were delays.Besides that (and the shipping box being completely destroyed and there were some dead insects once inflated), the company communicates well and the product is excellent - super cute, easy to install, commercial grade (many uses), and the kids love it. Easy to wipe down to clean, and easy to deflate with two huge zippered holes on the sides.Will definitely use for many future parties!

The media could not be loaded. Very very huge!!! Easy delivery! Easy to unpack and set up!!! It is very wrinkly but the wrinkles got out after about 5min of it being blown up. It comes with stakes and a rope to wrap it up. It is kinda hard to roll it back up neatly but other thn tht I will be ordering from there again!!!!

This product is not listed correctly they material isn’t PVC it is Oxford. The bounce house I got wasn’t the same as the photos under the review. I got a second one because they sent me a replacement and that one as well was not the correct material. Very big inconvenience to me!

Purchased for my daughters birthday and it was perfect! Both adults and kids jumped. Set up and take down is easy. Unless your an expert, purchase a carrying bag to put it in because it won’t fit back in the shipping box. Easy to cleanThe communication between the seller was A+ and greatly appreciated.

Yes so glad I found this! It’s just the right size and I didn’t have to wait months from overseas. It came within a couple of days. PLUS it’s PVC material!

This castle is so cute I had ordered one last the quality was great. This year I needed to replace it . The bounce castle arrived once opening the box I could immediately smell the strong pain thinner like smell . We blew it up and noticed it was dirty and had been used our eyes started watering from the smell. The material also seems a lot thinner that what I had ordered last year. So disappointed

I love it! The only thing is that is missing Metal D rings and when blown up sounds like it has a leak somewhere in the stitching lines. Not sure if that is normal or not 🤷🏻‍♀️
