I chose this magnesium glycinate because Thorne is a brand I trust, so I felt confident giving it a try. It was recommended to me to help promote better sleep, and I do notice a difference in how relaxed I feel, especially in the evening. Really helps with falling asleep. I take these to reduce restless leg syndrome and east minor aches and pains. About 20 or so minutes later, I start to feel relaxed and I am able to fall asleep. Great product!

THONE has been a great product so far. I always look out for their products because of how they manufacture the items. The price is also reasonable for what you're getting compared to other brands. The size of the pills are easy to ingest, I give these to my father also who has trouble swallowing pills but these he tells me he likes. Glycinate is a great form of magnesium , so these are my go to for mag supplements. These have no taste and you don't burp anything out. Im grateful for these quality pills and will continue to purchase these. I forgot to mention, I take these before I go to sleep, which I usually have a hard time with, but these keep me in a nice relaxed state so I can have a great nights rest.

This is a good product. I will be purchasing again. No stomach issues when taking the glycinate and awesome sleep aid.

Its been really nice

In full disclosure, I’ve never used Thorne products before. I kind of assumed it was all marketing and no substance. But, I was taking Vitamin D and it caused me such awful muscle aches and hip pain that I had to stop taking it. I did discuss this issue with my PCP, and she told me I should add magnesium glycinate - specifically this brand. So, I did. The capsules are large but I can swallow them just fine which is a big deal because I often struggle to swallow pills. The bottle does have a slight vitamin smell but it is not overpowering and the capsules don’t smell when you take them out of the bottle. After a week, I added back the vitamin d (w/k2) and had no issues in doing so. Plus, these helped me relax enough to fall asleep, didn’t upset my tummy, don’t contain artificial coloring or dyes, and I love that there is a 3 month supply in the bottle. Given the quantity of the capsules in the bottle I found this to be a very good value. I have no doubt I’ll continue to use this product and work on swapping over my other products to Thorne brand as I run out.

I truly love this product. I always struggled with anxiety waking me up I the middle of the night and not feeling fully rested in the morning. From the first week I felt so calm and slept perfectly through the night. It's not magic I still wake up occasionally, but the improvement is noticable and well worth the price.
