THONE has been a great product so far. I always look out for their products because of how they manufacture the items. The price is also reasonable for what you're getting compared to other brands. The size of the pills are easy to ingest, I give these to my father also who has trouble swallowing pills but these he tells me he likes. Glycinate is a great form of magnesium , so these are my go to for mag supplements. These have no taste and you don't burp anything out. Im grateful for these quality pills and will continue to purchase these. I forgot to mention, I take these before I go to sleep, which I usually have a hard time with, but these keep me in a nice relaxed state so I can have a great nights rest.

Thorne products are among the best according to what I’ve read but I prefer reading testimonials from people that actually use them on something this expensive. This magnesium product (there are different types) was specifically recommended by a YouTuber and sleep specialist so I figured I’d try it since I was sleeping so poorly for many years. I’ve been taking it twice a day for nearly a month now but it can be taken four times a day but I hadn’t told my doctor and didn’t want to overdo it. Within a few days, I noticed I was sleeping better and longer. After three weeks, I had the first night of many with restful sleep. It’s made such a life improvement that is clearly not the placebo effect, so I plan to discuss with my doctor tomorrow and if she’s ok with it I’ll have found a solution. The capsules are a bit large but they’re easy to swallow by taking a sip of water, placing it in your mouth, then tilt your head FORWARD. When you tilt back, you’re reducing space. Very surprised by the results but pleased to have found a sleep solution.

Seems to be a very good product, with just one drawback; that is the size of the capsule! When compared to other supplemental capsules, Thorne’s is considerably larger than most. However, it contains more magnesium glycinate in each cap than some others, which may account for the larger size. If you have difficulty swallowing large pills, I would not buy this product. I will give a comparison in a photo with this product on the left, and an Organics Ocean magnesium glycinate capsule on the right, to observe the relative difference in size. (Thorne=120 mgs. in one capsule, while Organics Ocean=about 92 mgs. Per capsule)

The way this magnesium makes me practically catatonic at bedtime.. 🤯 I've never taken a more effective magnesium glycinate and I will never not take this at bedtime forever more. I could not be more pleased with it. I've tried so many brands and I've never ever experienced such fantastic results. This magnesium makes me pleasantly sleepy, makes it so I can fall asleep easily, and has improved my sleep scores. I've struggled with sleep for years but can't tolerate any sleep medications as they give me a hangover the next day. That doesn't happen with this magnesium. Couldn't recommend it more.
