I got this bike for my son with Down syndrome when he was 6 years old and he loves his bike! He is now 7, and gets more time on it than before as the bike is on the heavy side and it was a bit hard for him the pedaling but now he mastered it. We had one recent issue with the bike pedal that it came off, we contacted the seller almost a year after and they immediately sent us new retaining ring for the pedal.

Broke in 3 months and could not repair, do not buy this item!

how do I contact customer support about warranty repair? This has always been kept inside and ridden only occasionally at grandparents. Pedal fell off and looks like the washer has cracked. Need replacement washer or a new pedal? I wrote this shortly after bought but never heard from them I also called and left a message but no reply. My husband found a washer but it is not holding. Wish they had a better customer service.

It is a great bike for my 3 year old..even my 6 and 12 year old likes it..but it's hard to pedal for my 6 and 12 year old only cause their legs are to long. Otherwise all 3 kids uses it.. great build ..I thought its made in usa but its not unfortunately. Also the front seat is not so comfortable..so I add a small pillow on it

The best thing we've ever bought for Christmas!!!!we bought this for $117 I'm sad to see the price has gone up so much in just a few weeks. We have a 1& 2 year old, an 8 year old and a 10 year old. This was a purchase for them for use indoors only. Immediately out of the box only the front wheel has to be attached! I was in awe of the size yet the weight was light. The wheels are easy to maneuver. My 2 year old basically learned to ride a trike on this bike in less than 2 days. My husband and myself also love riding it from the back seat. (Probably not recommended but we are huge kids) this gets use every single day and is made really durable! I highly recomend this amazing trike. we will be ordering another one for our family!

This tricycle is seriously heavy duty! And it came almost completely assembled. However within seconds of getting on it and peddling the pedal came off. I tried snapping it back on but it continues to come off. Seriously disappointing especially at this price point. It’d be kinda annoying to ship back ... not to mention a seriously disappointed little kid.
