I pour this over chicken and veggies. It makes a nice change from plain chicken dinner. I have blood sugar issues and I don’t allow chemicals in my foods. So this gives me variety and allows me to stay on a keto diet.The flavor is nice not overwhelming and you can water it down to suit your taste if you don’t like it thick or stronger. I play with it to get it just how I like it. If I was normal I’d put this over veggies and rice too. That would be so yummy! I’ve got this and other flavors from Whole Foods quite a few times over the years and it’s always been good. No stale or weird tastes ever. I hope they stay that way.

I have generally been disappointed by flavored sauces, but this stuff is delicious. I stir fry some plant based chicken then add in this sauce and I have a perfect lunch or dinner. It's easy and yummy. It's less lemongrass-y than I'd hoped, but it's a great flavor I can eat over and over again.

I prepared veggies and diced chicken breast, did a nice little colorful stir-fry, followed the directions on the package, and wound up with a gummy, paste-like substance that totally fouled up the stir-fry. I served the concoction over very tender and thin noodles. After eating my little bowl of "sludge" (I was HUNGRY), I felt incredibly queasy. Because what the manufacturer had to say about all the wonderful reasons their products are good to eat, I bought two of these as well as a few other of their simmer sauce offerings. Guess where they are now... in the garbage can. If you're thinking about buying this, just go throw your money in the garbage can instead, because that's what it might feel like you've done.

Very pricey and only one or two servings. Super yummy though
