This really takes the strain off the lower back! I've only used it in my office chair, but Im sure it works well everywhere else. Except not good for driving, Im sure!

I have an issue with my back and with kids and sports spend lots of time on bleachers. This gives me support on my lower back and works great. It's very convenient having it zip into it's back support. Spent the morning on the bleachers watching hockey and my back feels wonderful. Price was excellent. Would purchase this again.

Works as advertised to ease lower back discomfort by forcing better posture. Packs up small for travel. I tried the full size Nada chair at a friends house and this compact version seems to work just as well.

This isn't going to be for everyone, but for my bendy zebras out there you'll love this! I've taken it to the beach, sports games, to see the fireworks - it makes SUCH a difference!

I use it sparingly, when the back soreness gets worse. Primarily to improve my posture. I had a lumbar discectomy for a ruptured disc. I noticed, I can't wear this for too long, causes a shortness of breath and a pain shooting down the leg. But for the short duration (30 mins to 45 mins) it helps with the posture, allows me to continue my day desk job. I guess worth the money paid for it, helpful product compared to other options available.

This is an interesting design that prevents you from leaning back too far in your chair, especially for long periods of time. It uses your knees and your body to do most of the work and straps your knees in tight to prevent your back from moving too far back. For those with chronic back issues and pain, this may alleviate some of those symptoms. Personally I found that it did do what it was advertised to do, but after a while my knees started to get sore. I have sensitive skin and muscle weakness so this wasn't a surprise for me. At least it transferred the pain from my back to my knees! Also all of the straps and the unit itself are sloppy and cumbersome. I like the idea behind this, it's a simple solution for back pain and slouching, but the product is somewhat of a mess itself. Due to some of these things I did not use it for much more than a week, but have heard from many other people that stuck with it that it helped them in the long run. If it didn't cause me any pain in other parts of my body, this may have worked a lot better for me.
