Icy Hot: the product that starts with a whisper and ends with a scream... and somehow, that’s a good thing.At first, it’s like, “Ahh, cool relief.” Then suddenly your muscles are on fire like they just signed up for a spicy wing challenge. But weirdly, it works — the pain goes away, and you're just left wondering if you should be concerned or impressed.It's like your sore back made a deal with a dragon and an ice cube at the same time. 10/10 would recommend… and maybe warn your friends before they apply it.

Personal Use: Having suffered from neck, shoulder, mid and lower back pain, I used to have used this roller almost everywhere. I also recently sprained my thumb rolled this all over my joint and palm, then wrapped an ace bandage to secure the thumb and palm. Worked great. I woudl say this helps will sorts of muscle/joint issues:Bursitis. tendonitis, strains, sprains, and any muscle tenderness or tightness. Personally, i mainly use it on neck and shoulder(trap muscle specifically), even have rolled up a little above the hair line to hit those muscles in my hairat base of my skull. Helps ease aches from sitting in front a of a pc for 10 hrs a day.Smell: Its strong to whiff from roller. And strong when you first roll on. But once a dries, its light and only noticeable if you hold nose close to skin. I work in an 10x12 office and no one notices it when they walk in. Personally, I love the smell so it doesn't bother me in the least.Downside(if any): Unless you've had the stuff on for 4+ hours, do not shower with hot water for at least 1-2 hour after application.. Your skin will feel like its on fire. Same with sweating. If you work out after work, do not put on after lunch. If you work out in the morning, put on after you shower. Another thing, which again i dont really feel is a downside but feel to mention, since i roll it on back of my neck and in my hair, it does make my pillow smell like icy hot (no staining though). I have rolled over in the middle of the night and opened my eyes and gotten a wave of methol hit my face and makes my eyes water. Bottom line... the stuff is potent. Regardless of these two things, which i consider minor because of how great it works, I still wouldnt opt for another brand and use almost dailyIngredients: Active ingredient is Menthol 16%Price: Amazon has the best price I have found so far, and becomes even better when you get on Sub&Save. After using this product, I would never go back to rubbing icy hot on myself. This not only saves you the worry about rubbing your eyes but also is super clean and easy to apply. It does dry out if you don't use it often so make sure to give it a good shake.
