Doesn't assemble all the way
Update: The seller is harassing me to remove my review. They won't stop emailing me and now they're asking for my phone number. The instructions are terrible but that's not the problem. It's actually easy to figure out how to assemble. I have "style 2" which is two independent chambers. The final step of each chamber is to snap the sides on. They DO NOT snap on all the way. At least one or two corners keep popping off. You can see the poor precision in the manufacturing which causes this. Once almost assembled you realize you can't finish it and try to disassemble it. Good luck! We hurt our fingers. This makes a return difficult. We found a giant box and setup a return. We hope all goes well.

Needs a Rubber Mallet to Complete Install
Will update review after use.It looks exactly as we expected size wise. The instructions need an addendum to build. Took me about two hours with an hour and a half trying to get the connectors to snap in on one of the chambers. Instructions are decent, but manufacturer really needs to add the following:Additional Tools Needed:Rubber MalletPutting it together:Follow directions for putting together each chamber. When done and wondering why the hell the parts are not snapping together - do the following:1. Take a breath. It’s only a composter.2. Take one end of the chamber off and use the rubber mallet to get the snaps to connect on the side you left on.3. Don’t start with the door. Start with a side and work your way around left to right. Whack the mallet hard enough to force the snap to connect.4. The door may give you some issues. Get as many snaps connected as possible.5. Repeat for the other side. Just crack the snap directly with the rubber mallet and they should pop right in with the right force. The doors both required some patience and skills getting the snaps to connect.Once I used the rubber mallet, the composter was super easy to put together. The second chamber only took 10 minutes. The rest of the installation was pretty easy.I will update this review after I it for a few months. Just wanted to get the mallet instructions in there.

Warning: Assembly
I agree with the other review. The doors are difficult to open. The instructions are ok. Everything was labeled a letter in the instuctions but the physical items were not labeled so i put everything together wrong the first time. But it only works one way so eventually you figure it out. Also if you forget to put the door peice in it is very difficult to dissasemble.Oh and make sure it can fit through your doorway if assembling inside!

Good, not Great
OVERALL - Good enough.ASSEMBLY - Instructions are a bit difficult to follow but it goes together easy enough.QUALITY - average. It is hard to open up the composter doors as they slide into the frame. You have to figure out a way to get over that frame. The composter leaks a little too, but it’s manageable. It’s a good composter. Not the best, but it works well. I’d buy it again.

Good for kitchen scraps
I have been using this tumbler for several months now. The bins are small, so they don't accommodate grass clippings well, but it is great for kitchen scraps and I purchased this unit that has two bins so one can be 'working' while I fill the other. I have yet to have any of the scraps decompose enough to use in the garden. I will continue turning and putting scraps in through the winter and hopefully I will have some compost come spring.

Difficult assembly
Instructions for assembly are bad. Only pictures and they aren't great. No written instructions at all. Video helped but would have been more helpful with verbal instructions. Took 3 hours to put together and my husband does maintenance on all our rental properties and it confused him

View video provided before u start assembly.
Assembly booklet instructions were horrible. View the instructions provided online. I found the info after we assembled most everything. A rubber mallet (customer advised) is crucial. Also make sure to not put the legs upside down. We found that out when there were no holes for the final two pieces. It looks very sturdy. Received it Sat 5/25 & it’s already filled with items to be composted. I’m excited to see some compost.

Nice size, clips are lightweight
The size and ease of use is great. Fits nicely in small yard. There are plastic clips that hold the bin in place. Unfortunately, one snapped off in the second week of use. The clips are not strong enough to hold bin once you begin filling it.
