Excellent
Excellent product. The shower head is heavy however seems to be of great quality. Since it is a 12 inch shower head it puts out a great stream. My remodeler felt it was an easy install and the product a good buy. Would buy again

Nice fixture!
Plumber installed it with little to no issues would have like the measurement instructions in inches but other than that no real complaints. Chrome finish and quality of fixture is great. Still waiting to use body jets since bath reno not fully complete.

Great value, high quality BUT, plumber has to build a copper ring to house jets! ~$150 plus labor
You have to build your own copper ring connection on plywood to house the 4 jets. With all connections, it was $150 extra, plus labor. Otherwise great quality material. One of the jets didn't work. I fixed it easily by removing the cover and pushing the rubber membrane through the tiny holes so water can seep through. Water test was good with high pressure through the jets with only 1/2 inch pipes.

Um not really
I wouldn't buy again was not easy to setup for plumber quality of parts not great. I also had a problem with one of sprayers took coolant 2 weeks to send one from China still waiting don't buy from this brand

Solid, well made product
Renovated my bathroom and installed this product in the last week so have not used this product. Installation was easy with good instruction and it appears to be a very solid, well-made set. Happy with my purchase and will update review after I have used the product for awhile.

Nice product
I like this item. I just wish they had an option to have 6 sprays instead of just four. I also hate the fact that the spray wand had to be connected to a tube spout. This was for a walk-in shower, no tube needed. I also didn’t like that I have to make so many turns to go from shower head, to wall sprays to hand wand. I like the fact that you can use the shower head and the wall sprays together or the wall sprays and the hand wand.

excellent quality
The quality of the product looks very nice and beautiful design also came with super luxury presentation box. So far Im happy and the system is install but I'dint try yet because the remodeling is't finish . I will update with pictures and comments .
