Tastes Great!!!
The product seems to taste great with no after taste. I have mine sitting in the fridge to get cold right now. I tasted it warm & it tasted just fine! For those of you confused about the mix instructions 100 grams is equal to 1/2 cup or 4 oz. I used 2 cups or 16 oz. of water. I used my electric kettle to heat up my water to almost boil. Mixed the powder in a shaker bottle and put it in the fridge. I could've used ice in the shaker bottle but I didn't want to water it down, so I will impatiently wait! Next time I might make it the night before! Lol It does say it's only 10 servings but it looks like theres a lot more powder than that in the bag, but im not 100% positive. There is an insane amount of sugar in a serving, which I might have to look for a different brand with less sugar content, but I will see how it goes. Quality seems to be good, no clumping, but I didn't try mixing with cold water yet. Theres no funky smell from the powder either!

Hot beverages or cooled beverages.
The powder mixes with hot liquid and not with cold liquid. I mix it with soy beverage on the stove, pour into containers, and let cool in the fridge. There is usually some left for a hot beverage.

Areca nut ❌
We bought it because of the good ratio between price, quantity and quality, we were consuming the product without problem, it was delicious an the second time we ordered it but one day I thought of researching about the ingredients because there was a compound with a strange name and surprise, it was safe but I discovered that it had a really bad compound, Areca Nut, banned in a few countries, I don't know why here in the USA it is not banned yet. Highly carcinogenic, and with nicotine-like reactions. I imagine that the purpose of adding it to the product is to make it somewhat addictive. If it weren't for that ingredient, I would continue to consume it. I share the information with you for prevention reasons.

Decent But WAY too sweet.
I love the taste of taro. It is nice to see the West adopting it a bit more. The wife and family don't particularly care for it, but I've been enjoying it. Definitely an acquired taste. It is disgustingly sweet. If you want to make a proper cup for some bubble tea, it's going to be sickeningly sweet. Though, that much is obvious if you look at the nutrtional information provided. Way, way too much sugar. It is pretty easy to make, though. I'd suggest using warm water to dissolve more efficiently, though it isn't a strict requirement. Just be prepared to stir for a little longer. I can't speak of the shelf life of the product, I have not had it long enough. Stored in an airtight container. Ingredients seem to mostly just be sugar and milk powders. If you want a stronger taro flavor, this isn't the best product. The sweetness to flavor ratio is way off. At least the texture is smooth, when properly prepared. Great as a rare treat, but I wouldn't suggest consuming this product regularly if you are concerned about caloric or sugar intake.

Taro-bly Sweet, But My Dentist Doesn't Mind (Yet)
Okay, let's talk about this taro powder. If you follow the serving size listed on the label, oh boy, this is really, really sweet. I mean, sugar coma sweet. I found myself having to use only half that amount for a regular 12 to 16-ounce drink. Even at half the recommended dose, it is still quite sweet. This powder means I can finally control the sugar level for my kids, unlike store-bought options. The good news is that it works great otherwise. It dissolves very easily, which is key for making quick drinks. I mix it quickly in just two ounces of hot water first, then dilute it down with milk. The taste is great, exactly what you want from a taro mix. One thing I need to mention, though, is the actual powder container. The bag isn't resealable, which is a bit of a pain. You definitely need to transfer it to an airtight container right away.
