Outstanding quality for the price
Thankfully there’s no screen damage or issues that I’ve found so far, it was delivered when it was raining and the bottom of the box was soaked, so it would’ve been difficult to send it back in the original box. I chose not to have it delivered and unboxed to a room of my preference and just did it myself, but that was an option for free, which I was surprised by, that would be great for someone who couldn’t do it themselves and it doesn’t cost anything extra. The picture is great, definitely worth the price. It was super easy to set up, you do need the Samsung SmartThings app which I already had from the tv I was replacing, and the free content is pretty cool too. I don’t mind the small remote, some of the other reviews complained about it being too small, but I think it’s a lot better than a big bulky remote and it’s very responsive. You can also use the app as a remote control, it works great. The sound seems pretty good as well. Overall, it’s a great tv for price, I paid under $300 for it and am very happy with it, definitely feels like I should’ve had to pay more for such a big, high quality tv.

Very happy customer!
I love my new Smart TV! I’m so happy that my husband chose this particular model which is about $200 cheaper than the model that I was thinking about purchasing. I also was able to purchase a soundbar with a subwoofer. The color is vibrant, crisp, the sound on the TV it self is loud enough to hear watching the TV in my bedroom space. I purchased a 43 inch and the size is perfect for my bedroom. The setup wasn’t too bad. For the first time I along with my daughter unhooked my old TV and we managed to put this new TV and soundbar together and I would have to say we did a fantastic job. My husband was so impressed when he came home from work that we had everything all set up. I ordered my TV and separate Sound Bar/Subwoofer on Thursday evening. The soundbar came Friday morning and my TV was delivered before noon the same morning, it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. I was very impressed with the quick delivery.

5 minutes of setup and it's perfect. GREAT FOR HOME ASSSITANT
This is my second Samsung Smart TV. As such, I already had the Smart Things app on my phone. I don't even know if you can setup the TV without it, but having the app allows you to control the TV if you lose the remote. Anyways, if it's needed to run the thing, that'd be annoying to some I'm sure. You can delete the app at any rate after setup. To address some concerns in the negative review category - By default the TV starts playing ad-filled Samsung streaming blah blah. You can turn it off in settings, and have it start on your last used input or the home screen. - By default, the TV spies on you (like all smart TVs). You can turn it off in settings (though it says it takes 15 days after you click the button). If you don't trust it, you can just use a Roku for $30 - For a smart TV, the menu is pretty responsive. It's not as good as my phone or my NVidia shield or even a moderate-end Roku but good enough - I saw a complaint about now audio output. HDMI1 has eARC - HDMI 2 and 3 would protrude from the back but the power-cord, HDMI1, and coax(cable/antenna) are concealed, meaning it can flushmount unless you use HDMI 2 and 3. - My unit shipped with no damage My personal Pros: - Good Price for 4K and a great display - Works easily and perfectly with home assistant - you can change source, turn it on/off, adjust volume. It's not as feature-rich as an android-based TV where you can control nearly anything but you usually need to be pretty savvy to do that anyway (sending ADP commands et al). Automatically detects TV on the network - Smart TV computer inside is WAY more responsive than my fireTV at same price point - Smart TV software allows you to customize better-eliminating ads, allowing to startup away from their software, etc - Smart TV software includes a plethora of app options but does not include Jellyfin. It has plex and all the streaming services I'd ever want to use though. - Sound is surprisingly good for a TV. Gets loud and does not distort dialog. I bought a cheap bluetooth speaker for the TV it replaced and I don't think I'll use it. - Pretty darn easy to use and change all the settings. Seamless pairing/sync/registration/whatever once you get the samsung app on your phone - 3 HDMI inputs was more than I'd expected Cons: - 100x100 vesa mount is a little excessive given how light it is, you may need an adapter which is like $10 - Bog standard Android TV would be nice for ultimate open source and features. Roku makes a better product as well - On my last Samsung smart TV, I had to re-add it to home assistant after a software update. I'm not sure that's an issue with this one or if it'll happen again but that broke all my automations. - Defaulting to their broadcast ad-filled nonsense and with spyware enabled is a bit of annoying. However if taxing people who can't spend 3 minutes in settings (see the silly negative reviews) to reduce the price I clearly benefit. - App download to setup with no obvious way to bypass (if there is one) is a bit silly as well. - USB port only does 0.5amps (2.5 watts) and only works when TV is on

TV is great, setup not so much
The TV is great, very clear picture and a perfect upgrade to my previous Samsung. Sound is great too even before I paired with my soundbar. I’m very impressed with how light the TV is and the sturdiness of the feet supports make me feel comfortable about keeping it on a stand instead of hanging it on the wall. I do like that there are many apps already loaded on the TV and that I can add my own. I’m hoping to add all of my apps to the TV that I use on Roku and hopefully no longer need that device. Now for the downside: The setup is a bit of a pain and that’s why the four stars. I wanted to be able to just plug in the TV and start watching it. But you can’t do anything without downloading an app on your phone, which I will probably never use. I don’t understand why you need an app if you have a remote, which is very small, by the way. The app is a plus for those who want it, but I couldn’t imagine my elderly parents would even keep the TV if they had to download an app just to get the TV to work. I already had a Samsung account, but that didn’t matter, I still had to go through several steps and acknowledgment pages before I could do anything. And then an update needed to be done which took about 10 minutes. I’m not a very tech savvy person so this setup was very frustrating for me. Once everything was set up I was able to enjoy the TV and hoping I will for years to come. It is a very good buy, you just need some patience before watching it.

Massive Screen, Seamless SmartThings Integration
This 70-inch Samsung Crystal UHD TV delivers a gorgeous picture with bright, vibrant colors and crisp 4K detail. Movies, sports, and gaming all look fantastic on a screen this size. The setup was quick, and the interface is smooth and intuitive. What really stands out is the SmartThings integration. If you’re already in the Samsung ecosystem, this TV fits right in. It connects easily to SmartThings, allowing you to manage settings, power it on or off, and integrate it with other smart devices in your home. I can even control it from my Samsung watch, which feels surprisingly convenient. Adjusting volume, switching inputs, or turning it off without reaching for the remote is a small luxury that quickly becomes a favorite feature. It works beautifully as part of a connected home setup, especially if you’re using Samsung phones, watches, or other SmartThings-enabled devices. Big screen, sharp picture, and smart features that actually feel useful. Highly recommend.

Just buy this TV already
Packaged very well. It's very lightweight, but study once you add the feet. No tools required. Feet just snap in place. It was a little hard to find the plugin for the power as it's in the center of the back of the TV under a lip and turned on it's side. Screen takes up most of the size and very little boarder. Excellent picture quality. It has tons of features and taps into all your apps that you've already been subscribing to. Easy hook up to rooko, firestick, fire tv ready, etc. It takes you no time at all to program it. 4K Max will blow you away. It makes remastered old movies come to life like they were just created. Even old black and white shows. I got it at a great price and it's well worth it. It has some great sound controls so you're no longer getting blasted by background music and can actually hear actors talking. That's just highly annoying which seems to be a common occurrence these days with most shows and movies. The sound is very clear and easily heard from in front or from the next room or two if you have it loud enough. No muffling at all. No more super loud ads either. That's enough to drive you nuts. Those days are gone. Love the fact that his as enough ports to expand on it to a media center of your home or apartment. After a few weeks of use, this is definitely the best TV I've ever owned.

Highly recommend for everyday viewing
Great TV for the price. The picture is sharp and clear with vibrant colors, and 4K content looks excellent. Setup was quick, and the Tizen smart system is fast and easy to use with all the major streaming apps included. The slim design looks great on the wall, and while the sound is decent, adding a soundbar makes it even better. Overall, this is a solid, reliable TV that delivers great performance without spending a lot.

Pay Attention! Awesome Price for the Size but...
I'm torn between giving this tv 3 or 3.5 but half stars are not an option so 3 it is. Price value - a lot of good tv from a proven brand. 75" UHD under $700 before taxes and shipping is 5 star worth! Picture quality - because Samsung includes some nice screen colonization presets you will be happy with an UHD model. Honestly I notice most people don't notice if you have a QLED or OLED screen. Doesn't matter if the refresh rate isn't good. Samsung has good refresh rates just remember every thing you watch isn't the best option for the presets. 4 stars Set-up - This is where Samsung fails miserably and I know why they chose to do it but not everyone will like it. The mandatory QR Code set-up is unnecessary. People want to simple plug in their game system or external streaming devices and enjoy themselves. But no Samsung wants you to have an account under the guise of syncing all of your other Samsung gadgets. I have no need for my watch nor my phone to be synced to my tv. No optical audio output is a bad move as well. You will lose some sound features because of this. TOO INTRUSIVE! .25 Star Operating System - well it's a "smart" tv so it does have an OS. It can be a bit sluggish. Compared to my 85" Samsung OLED the speed is noticeable but not painful. It does have preset app option that gets imported automatically from your other Samsung TV if you choose to do that. Convenient but still intrusive as all my TVs in my home are used for separate viewing experiences. 4 stars Sound - again this is not a deal breaker but it's to be considered. The speakers are not bad and most brands don't put a lot of effort into this due chasis thickness and most people will use a sound bar. I highly suggest you get a sound bar it only allows Bluetooth connection to do it. 2.5 stars Beware when ordering this TV via Amazon because I found out the hard way by not reading enough of the comments. This tv is often delivered damaged. Mine was not damaged via delivery but it was repackaged damaged and sold to me. Mind boggling! The screen was cracked but the box was intact. Meaning the tv was intentionally resold damaged. It had red sticker tags on it and was missing the top screen support corner brackets. I did not want a refund. I wanted a replacement and had to sit on the phone for a bit to get that done. They gave me a bit of a run around and pushing for me to get a refund and I had to elevate the issue. Overall Im happy with the purchase but do your due diligence with this one.
