Q: How do i make sure that i get the bird toys, as pictured, and not one of the other substitutes toys? i already got an order of three with nary a bird.

Sorry to tell you, but I ordered a mouse according to the picture and got an entirely different "ratty" looking one. Some people misrepresent what they are selling with a bogus picture.

It's about 3 to 3 1/2 inches long. About the general size of an altoid box. :)

There is a velcro closure on the underside of the mouse. Sometimes, it can be really difficult to pull it apart the first time you open it.

Q: After filling how long before u refill it before it losses potency?

You can refill every few days or weekly depending on your cat's sensitivity to catnip. Thank you!
