Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but I thought this book was great! A true 5/5 and I'm a pretty critical person. I have taken a half a dozen extensive weekend work shops about RE and spent 10's of thousands on them usually to get pressured into buying expensive coaching packages. On the flip side, what a fresh perspective - This book lays out a great ground work for their different cycles that one would go through when buying real estate through their lifetime - Think a million (have the confidence that you can purchase this amount of real estate investments), Buy a million (have a million dollars worth of real estate in your portfolio), Own a million (have a million in equity or outright ownership in your portfolio) and then Earn a million (earn a million per year after taxes from real estate). I have almost been able to get to the own a million stage, and will do so after about 6 more months of mortgage pay down. Wish I would have read this book years ago - written at an easy reading level, packed full of great quotes / anecdotes and was put together by interviewing over 100 people who have become Millionaires through real estate. I highly recommend this to anyone who has even a bit of back ground in RE investing and who wants to learn more! Enjoy your path to wealth through real estate investing!
