This stuff is great! Very flavorful and, when mixed with whole milk, thick and creamy. I've used it in place of a meal and it really fills you up and the protein content is high. I highly recommend not only the chocolate, but also the vanilla ice cream that actually tastes like vanilla ice cream.

The protein quality is alright, but not the best, though it works for this postpartum mom as a good quick breakfast meal replacement. Decent value for your dollar.
