I’ve been using the Shiseido Tsubaki Shampoo and Conditioner for a while now, and it’s been such a treat for my hair. The scent is light and floral without being overpowering — it feels like a spa experience every time I wash my hair. The shampoo cleans gently but thoroughly, leaving my scalp fresh without stripping natural oils. The conditioner is rich yet lightweight, making my hair soft, smooth, and easy to detangle without feeling heavy. After consistent use, I’ve noticed more shine and less frizz, and my hair feels healthier overall. The pump bottles are sturdy and convenient, and a little product goes a long way, so they last quite a while. I bought this in conjunction with the Shiseido Tsubaki Premium Repair Hair Mask and it very much compliments it. I've already mentioned the significant difference that I've noticed in my hair texture and how nourished it feels and look so I really can't recommend this product enough.

I haven't used this since high school and 10 years later it's just as good as I remember. It leaves your hair incredibly soft and shiny with a pleasant mild scent.

Looks, feels, and smells like Shiseido Premium Moist Tsubaki shampoo and conditioner but they have a different branding style on the bottles. I've paid a higher price to get products from a well known brand. So, I am quite confused why these bottles have the "Premium Moist" font style printed differently on them. Still great on my hair though!

I am giving 1 because before I could open the shampoo, it was leaking and I could see shampoo all over the plastic. It was already damaged.

I love this product but my concern is that it makes your hair appear thinner than usual, making you feel like you are balding. However its great and smells nice. Overall its not really for my hair type 2b/2c but smells great

I have been using this product for just over a month, and I have never experienced hair loss before. Since starting to use this shampoo, however, my hair has become noticeably thinner and I am experiencing significant hair loss. Be careful with this product!!!!
