I purchased a security camera system from another company in 2018. I worked ok for several years, then I started having problems. I purchased this system last January. The set up was easy, and the picture quality is much better thanthe previous system. Tech support is very good, they respond quickly. The hard drive went bad in my system, not their fault. They put a top quality product in (Seagate Barracuda) and they are sending a new one under warranty. Janet was very helpful, I recommend this product 100%.

I bought 2 of this system to get a total of 8 cameras and have an extra NVR as a backup. The system is very easy to install since cameras are wireless and has a strong wi fi signal that worked very well in my new house. Only one camera was to far to work wireless but one of the best features of this system is that it works wired too!!!!.The software is very easy to use and I can watch may cameras from every where I am using internet. Configuration of the system is very easy since the cameras came already linked to the NVR. Extras cameras (from the other system) should be reseted from its own system and paired again with the one I was using but it was easy too. The hard drive store about 130 days of video history with 4 cameras but since I am using 8 it is just about 15 days. Hard drive is upgradable but it is just fine for me with that size (2TB)One feature I will appreciate is that they update the software to work with Alexa, since I have many Amazon Echo Show at home.I use the system in Spanish since this is my native language, but the system works in many languages too.This was the best Price/benefit system I could find on Amazon. Highly recommended.

Ill start by saying I have installed several different DVR and NVR systems. This system was by far the easiest install I have had, and the best looking. Wireless systems appear to be hit or miss when it comes to pairing the cameras with the NVR. These camera's came pre-installed, and as soon as I gave them power they popped right up. The picture quality is great and the settings are easy to navigate. I was mainly the IT guy with my camera installs, and was around to port forward and get the cameras online to be viewed anywhere you had internet. The system did it all for me. It just worked. I didn't have to port forward or any other voodoo magic. I was skeptical when I saw that the app "IP PRO3" that they tell you to download had 3.3 stars on Android, and 2 stars on Iphone. Don't worry, it appears 90% of the low ratings are user error, not the app. The app works great and I have had no issues with it.I'm recording 24/7 so I can't grade the motion detection, and nothing broke, or didn't work so I can't grade the tech support either. But the camera's have been on and recording for a week, no problems. With the 2TB system and 4 cameras, you should get about 25-30 days of stored video for each camera.Do yourself a favor and buy the OOSSXX system.UPDATE: The issue I was having with the "Pairing the wireless camera's was due to a faulty camera. It began shutting off and needed to be power cycled, until the day it died completely. I got ahold of OOSSXX who had me complete some trouble shooting steps, and send them pictures. It was pain free and in the end they replaced the camera for me. I have had no other issues with the system, and just ordered a PTZ camera from them to fit to the system.

Update 08/02/2024Just a little over a year since purchase and the system is going to the trash. The cameras starting failing one by one within a week of each other. All cameras are dead. I'm done with this system.update 12/01/2023While communication with the vendor leaves a bit to be desired they do however stand by their product. They send me a new camera that arrived yesterday. So the system is still working great and the new camera works as designed.Update: 11/26/2023The positive review below was done about a week after installing and using the system in June of this year. However, within five months one of the cameras stopped working. I contacted their customer service and it's been over a week now and no help. They responded with request for "home address and telephone number" and I have not heard from them since I provided them with the info. Now this system suppose to have 2 year warranty. I this is how they handle the warranty support I would stay away from any product offering from this company. I originally gave them 5 star and now I dropped them to 1 star. I will provide further updates as appropriate.I've had this system for a week and it works great. I love the app alerts for motion detection. It's a short video of the incidents. In addition, it comes with 2 terabyte hard drive where you can playback any particular instance. Picture clarity is awesome. Customer service is excellent and usually respond within 24 hours. If you have Gmail than it's possible that email alert messages from this system may not work for you because Gmail has blocked access to application it deem as a potential security risk. Although the company claims that they can make gmail work. I don't care to receive emails. The app alerts on my phone are plenty fine for me. The price is right and when you register the product you get an additional 1 year warranty. 2 year warranty in total. Based on my personal experience this is a great deal.
