Aunt Bessie reliably good for any roast dinner
We don't have many roast dinners but when we do it's nice to have a few parsnips with it. These are ideal as a staple in the freezer ready to throw a handful in at the same time as the roast potatoes. Especially love them when the outsides go little crunchy. Yum

Very quick to cook
Quick and easy, with excellent taste.

Flavor is good, size can be better
Flavor is good but the pieces can be small, medium or big, which makes it difficult to cook (would need different times for each piece, the difference in size is significant)

A tasty addition to your Sunday roast.
A variety of sizes of parsnip. They always cook well.Make you don't cook them at too high a heat or they will burn at the edges.I always add a little extra honey 5 minutes before I take them out of the oven. Its gives them a little extra oomph.I hope you found this review helpful.
