Tidal Glass Tumbler

This is my favorite glass to drink out of. I have the newer design which I like as well however this one is bigger and I seem to gravitate to it more. I love the shape and the grip around the glass. I don’t have an issue with a lot of condensation on the bottom where the grip ends as some had pointed out. Like with any glass use a coaster if that is a problem. The lid has a great seal.

Best glass tumbler ever. Perfect for refilling water and drinking throughout the day. Super easy to wash.

I love this tumbler! I bought the Ello Tidal Glass Tumbler with Straw, in Blue Sky Texture. It has really helped me increase my water intake, which was a challenge previously. I went from averaging 1.5 bottles a day at work to the equivalent of 4 bottles daily when I switched to the tumbler! (The straw makes the difference.) I now have 2, one for work and one for home. I’ve been disappointed with other tumblers that leaked, toppled over easily, lids popped off (hence going back to bottles). Not a problem with this one. Also, when the second one arrived with a bent straw (unusable) the company was quick with the exchange, which arrived in great condition. Pros: Dishwasher safe Good grip, easy to hold Heavy enough that it doesn’t topple easily Strong glass that didn’t shatter when I’ve dropped it One hand versus having to constantly open and close a lid (distracting for my clients, slows me down) Good for arthritic hands Reduces plastic bottle waste Very cute! Cons: None

UPDATED - I realized that the lid and seal have to be COMPLETELY dry, then it works great! Friction fit and stays in place, Im happy! ----------------- ORIGINAL REVIEW - The cup is beautiful and the non-slip is great. However the lid is not “friction fit”, it merely sits inside the lip and the slightest tap of the glass or lid causes it to come loose. Definitely would not withstand tipping over, so not leak proof whatsoever. It would be awesome if it clicked and held in place a little better.

I needed a cup that I could use anywhere - work, in the car, and at home. This cup meets all my requirements! I was tired of the plastic one use cups and adding to the plastic recycling problem but using a regular reusable cup wasn't the best option either as it could easily spill in the car and at work. I have tried solid reusable plastic cups with lids and didn't like how quickly my drink warmed up and the sweating on the outside was a huge problem. This cup is amazing! the top pops in so easily and lifts off without a struggle. The rubber guard around the outside ensures I have a great grip at all times. Everything washes up easily and without tarnishing so far! I also really enjoy the different color options with the design inside. There are other cups that have the rubber sleeve also but this cup leaves the bottom open so I can see when my drink is low without having to try peering through the top. I highly recommend and love this cup!

love this cup, i’ve dropped it and no damage. however the straw it comes with is plastic but totally easy to switch straws!

My search for the perfect water cup is OVER! I've tried all kinds of water bottles to keep myself hydrated at home as I go about my day. I started to get really annoyed with cleaning the spouts. Some made my water taste like plastic if it sat out too long. Some were just awkwardly shaped. This one is PERFECT. The grip is amazing and the glass is so easy to clean and doesn't make my water taste weird. The big straw makes it easy to take big gulps with no effort, which was another frustration I had with other water bottles as I'm a water chugger (trying to meet my daily water goal). The lid top is snug. While it's not leak-proof, having the lid firmly in place helps prevent big spills. My 2-year-old likes to drink from this cup too. A+. 10/10 would recommend.

Finally they came up with the glass cups with a leak proof lid!! Even has a plastic straw with it. Love the colors. Love the grip material around it, but wish it covered the whole cup including the bottom. Nice Very Thick Glass!! GREAT Quality made and easy to wash and I use mine all day, every day. Liked it so much I bought another one. Maybe some day they will find a way to insulate the glass and my ice water will stay cold all day. I am sooo Happy to have found a high quality GLASS tumbler to hold my drinks that's 20 ounces and has a leak proof lid with a straw. I love this tumbler!!!!

I never write reviews but I have been looking for something like this for a while and it's perfect. Very strong, easy to wash and a big enough size, started drinking way more water now - cheers!

I dropped and broke my first one of these and bought another as they are so fantastic. Both were great quality and I have used these for a couple years. Easy to grip and I like that my hand is somewhat insulated from the icy water inside. Heavy and feels like quality glass, the lid is plastic and seals nicely into the bottom glass.

I am very happy with this tumbler, it holds lots of fluid and has thick glass (although it does make this heavy) My only comment would be the silicone grip is smooth and therefore not a particularly gripy surface, it would be much better if it was textured like their other products
