蓋を開けると、凄まじいガソリン臭？笑 大量にかけると匂いがキツいので、ほんの少量掛ける事をお勧めします。 ほんのり薫るトリュフの香りが堪りません❣️ ポテチだけでなくパスタやサラダにも。

トリュフスパイスを色々と試しておりますが、豊富な内容量が魅力のトリュフスパイスです！ トリュフそのものの香りは優しいタイプで、我が家では、海洋深層水の食塩とまぜて、ミルペッパーにいれてゴリゴリと使っています。 そのまま出すと、出てくる分量の調整が、私には難しいので、ミルペッパーを使っています。 サラダにそのまま、ピザを焼く前にヌードバー、お家塩ラーメンにゴリゴリと幅広く使えております。 素敵な商品をありがとう御座いました！

他の方も書かれていますが全くトリュフの香りではないです 自然ではない合成的な変な香りがします、そして料理にかけると不味いです 安いものではないのでなんとか使おうとしましたが逆にまずくなるので なんの為にこんな思いしてるのか馬鹿らしくなり捨てました(>_<)

以前、スーパーでトリュフソルトを購入してみたのですが、 そのまま嗅げばそれなりの香りがあるものの食べてみるとほとんど香らない程度でした。 こちらの商品は評判良さそうなので購入してみたのですが、 一言で言えば”強烈”です。良い意味で。 トリュフというと、獣臭やガス臭、男性臭というような表現をされますが、 それをちゃんと体験できます。 通常のトリュフソルトではそこまでの体験は出来ないので、 価格が高いだけあってトリュフの含有量が高いのか、香料の調合が上手いのかという感じです。 主にソースに使ったり、肉料理に振りかけたり、卵料理に混ぜたりしています。 どのように使ってもトリュフの香りがちゃんと残るので使いやすく、 トリュフ好きには嬉しいと思います。 塩が入っているので、料理に使うときには塩味の調整を気を付けた方が良いです。 香りが強い分、使う量も少なくて済むのでコスパは意外と悪くないと思います。 購入価格：3,270円

ポテトチップスにかけたら、とても美味しくて感動しました。 しかし後日、あるデパートの特設会場で白トリュフ塩を勧められて購入。 値段は本品より1000円ほど高かったものの、味は別格。美味すぎる。 以後、本品の苦みと雑味が気になるようになってしまいました。

量が多いので単価は安くなる計算かもしれませんが、他のトリュフ香料に比べて香りが下品で刺激が強いです。 何かに振りかけて食べる用ではなく、下味としてかけた後調理する用途が正解の様です。 卵かけご飯とかに振りかけて食べるなら、これよりも『盛田トリュフソース』『トリュフ入りオリーブオイル』や『マッシュルームやポルチーニが主体のトリュフペースト』をお勧めします。 事前に試せたらこれは買いませんでした。
