Tastes earthy and herbally. I typically brew two bags at a time and I genuinely like the flavor. I drink it alone and I also mix it with body armor for extra hydration. I will say I did think it helped my supply in addition to coconut water and body armor, I would mix all three and drink it throughout the day.

Has helped me during postpartum more than pills or anything

The comfort this tea gives me just from its aroma is top tier. Package is pretty, quotes on tags is a plus and makes me happy during PP. Tea is fresh + the health benefits of boosting my milk supply during breast feeding makes this a NEED not a want.

Of course this doesn’t guarantee an increase in milk production but it doesn’t hurt! I can’t tell honestly if it made a difference for me. But it was a good a way to get more fluids down and I don’t think it tastes bad - it does have a mild licorice taste.
