I bought their first book about making ice lollies which was brilliant - easy to follow recipes and imaginative ideas and the kids have great fun making them. So I thought to buy their second book which is more for grown ups as it involves mixing or dipping the lollies with alcohol to make a sort of iced cocktail. It's a beautifully designed and photographed book - lovely just to have it on our coffee table. I also bought the Norpro Frozen Icepop maker from Amazon which makes them easier to make. I just tried the peach lollies serving them at a barbecue party to be dipped into prosecco which I served separately which was an exciting variation on serving everyone the standard Bellini. The flavours are really enhanced when you dip the lollies in alcohol. Much better than serving punch or other cocktails at a summer party. Yum... Highly recommend...

Lots of lolly ideas and fun to make. The book itself had a marked cover but I needed it so did not bother to return but this should have been checked before being despatched.

So many poptails
This has so many recipes and loads I’d like to try, they are simple enough that I could do them. I love the photos too.
