I took a tumble and hurt both hands/one wrist. I ordered two of these to support my hands/wrists while recovering and to remind me to move carefully. I used these after a few days of using an ace bandage on the 'worst' hand/wrist. I also used compression gloves with and without these and the combination worked great. Once the injuries were better I would wear one or the other. They are very comfortable to wear, and depending on how my injuries were hurting I could wrap them differently and get instant relief. Sometimes I would hook the the thumb-hole on my index finger or middle finger to find a different wrap that would support/reduce discomfort. It's easy to adjust how tight you want it (helpful while one hand/wrist was swollen) and where they support the wrist. I especially liked them when I was carrying not-so-light stuff. I do not like the bumps, they get uncomfortable when I wear them longer or start to sweat. Also, the velcro will leave snags if you don't get it on the other velcro patch so I'm not keen on that, but I don't think there is a fix. I'm currently mostly recovered and not wearing them, but one wrist still doesn't have full mobility back so I keep them handy just in case.

So I have a little bit of carpal tunnel, breaking in baseball gloves, and this brace has stabilized my wrist better. It’s not uncomfortable because it’s super lightweight and thin. It’s essentially just a strap. Sure, you could use some sort of athletic tape but this is reusable and you can wash it in the sink when it gets all sweaty and gross. Plus it’s not that expensive and is supportive.

Got this for Mommy’s Wrist which I suffered 4 months postpartum. Have been using for 3 months. Pros are it’s easy to put on - n only one bit of Velcro silliness to mess with (sometimes you need to put a baby to nap but want to take it off without waking baby!). However, the material stretches out over time and pulling it tighter affects the thumb hole which is bad - circulation gets cut off. I have another brace which is more formal and structured, but come back to this one because of its ease of use. It gets smelly from sweat but I’m afraid to wash it in case it warps further. On that note, the material doesn’t breathe and so I got minor breakouts. But have to brace my wrist somehow…
