Only 1 gram of sugar so that is good. They hydrate very well I'd compare it to the likes of body armor because it does hydrate better than Gatorade but not as good as pedialite. Got 12 on sale for 11 dollars so value is very good. Drinks are sweet but I like it that way.

Tastes how I imagined, like blue koolaid. Clean finish, no aftertaste. Just superrrrr sweet. You can use 1/4 the bottle and you will need to add water to any prime drink. They are super concentrated

Very good price, they have a very good flavor. There is only 1 g of sugar in the entire bottle. One of the best flavors in my opinion. Definitely keeps you hydrated!
