Bought this for my dry eyes and it worked in days
Iāve been using this Omega-3 supplement for about two months, and Iām very impressed. As someone who doesnāt eat fish or seafood, I needed a reliable source of EPA and DHA, and this product delivered.I originally bought it to treat persistent dry eyes, and to my surprise, the symptoms improved within just five days of taking it. Great for the price but a little big.
These are great for the price but if youāre not into big pills, I would be mindful of these as they are on the bigger side. Otherwise they are the same ingredients as my other omega 3s. I will say Iām not sure I will repurchase as they are super big and with taking them everyday I donāt know if I can keep it up on top of the other big pills I take.

Works well.
I'm pretty sure these work because I felt a big boost in cognitive energy after taking 6 (around the maximum amount the body can absorb into tissues per day.)And can confirm the burps are lemon flavor, haha.

nothing to write home about but works well
I mainly love how affordable this is, you get a decent amount of omega and EPA/DHA, I find the pills very easy to swallow, not overly fishy in taste, and no excessive burping or gas afterwards. I do think it has helped with my mood, perhaps my skin, and my overall health. I will continue to repurchase. I also really love the packaging and think they did a good job.

easy to swallow with no aftertaste
These capsules are easy to take and supply a minimal amount of omega 3's to help balance the omega 6/3 ratio daily.
