Unfortunately my psoriasis gets extremely bad, covering half my head. A small movement from my head and I’ve flakes falling as though it’s a snowy day. Prescription medication is generally steroid based and it has a negative effect if used regularly. I try to use it only once a week, but in the meantime I needed something to effectively remove the flaky loose skin; it is an embarrassing condition as well as horrendously itchy and often painful. It’s extremely difficult to not scratch. I tried a different product from Amazon with a hefty price tag which was brand for psoriasis. Omg, once applied the stinging was unbearable, which I may have put up with if it helped. I used the whole container as directed and the results were poor. In fact, I’ve used too many different products to count. I was wary of purchasing yet another product, but my son wanted some to lift minor flaky scalp, probably a build up of product on his scalp. I felt even if it didn’t help me, it would hopefully assist him. Im aware of this brand for offering premium products at a low price, which are highly sought after. I used it the day it arrived, although cautiously and awaiting the stinging…but I felt zero irritation, nothing except the cold liquid running through my scalp. It’s a water like substance, therefore take it steady when squeezing the container and use it somewhere appropriately, incase of spillage. I probably left it on double the time by accident as I dozed off. Thankfully no adverse effects. I showered and washed and conditioned my hair as normal and proceeded to blow dry my hair. I was extremely surprised to find my scalp to what I could feel as 100% flake free and my scalp felt clean and smooth. I will add I’d previously applied my psoriasis treatment a few days previously and my scalp was only inflamed and flaky slightly. My hair was also very clean and I had lots of baby hairs sticking out, I’d say this is from dehydration from this product. A major amount of my hair was too dry as I used a lot of this product. In future, I will use a hair mask afterwards. It didn’t ‘treat’ my psoriasis and approximately 3 days later my flakiness and itching started to return. However, I’m extremely happy with the product, it certainly worked as advertised and I will continue to use it as an in between treatment to keep my flakes under control. Fantastic product, very easy to use, excellent results and fantastic value. I will definitely re purchase when needed.

Highly recommend if u suffer with psoriasis or a flaky scalp, helped after 1 application, this item is staying in my basket for the foreseeable.

Iv tried soo many products for scalp psoriasis! My scalp gets worse each winter to the point where iv experienced hair loss. Im so pleased to finally find something that helps lift the scale and calm the itch. Very easy to use, doesnt sting and not much is needed to coat scalp. Not a cure but has relieved the symptoms greatly. Would reccomend.

It will not remove your scalp buildup or sticky dandruff, definitely helps in flaky dandruff and a but of chemical exfoliation tho! So so product!

En combinaison avec une routine adaptée vraiment c’est pas mal. Une vie gravement malade vous aurez mal aux cheveux. De toute manière ils restent plus propres plus longtemps malgré des soins qui sur moi graissent immédiatement le jour même d’un lavage, plus de volume donc ça cache sincèrement l’effet clairsemé. Je n’ai pas l’impression que des cheveux repoussent mais si le bulbe a pris il n’y a rien à faire. Je suis déjà bien contente de tenir trois jours sans les laver et de bien moins voir l’état des tempes et la finesse du cheveux… Par contre faire attention au bouchon, je vois pas bien et avec peu de force alors qu’il est dur à ouvrir, j’ai cru qu’il fallait couper l’embout 😅!! Non non dévissez bien et ensuite je tire avec une multiprise 🫥
