I have an occasional issue with breathing freely, and thought these might help. Spent a little while picking the right size for me. A strange concept, sticking tubes up my nose, but having now mastered installation, they do allow me to breathe more easily, through both nostrils, at the same time. I don’t know how, but once fully and firmly in place, they stay there. They even withstand a serious sneeze. I tend to use them periodically, a few hours at the time. They are surprisingly comfortable, and do not cause any irritation, I have not used them 24x7, or for very long periods, and consequently, unable to comment on their continued use, regarding comfort and effectiveness. They seem to be quite tough, well made, well designed, soft yet firm enough to do their job. Each in its own flip-top box, easy to clean, easy to use. They are quite expensive, but given the help they provide, certainly worth consideration.

There is a twin set of these nostril retainers. I have a lot of trouble with my nose getting bunged up at night, breathing through my mouth which leads to more snoring. I tried these to try to ensure that the nostril space remained open and this does seem to work well for me overnight. They are comfortable in place though when used overnight the insides of my nose did feel a little sore the first few times I used them, though this did seem to subside and I am guiessing is associated with the inside of my nose not being used to being in contact with anything over extended periods. The retainers are well sized and stayed in place well for me.`I do find I sometimes need a break from them but overall I am pleased with them. Overall they do seem a little expebsive but I am not sure whether that is because teh silicon is medical grade.

Some mild discomfort at the beginning, but it got easier after a few days of use. Fit wasn't perfect at first, though trying both sizes helped me settle into a more stable feel. Using it for a few hours each day has made a difference, but it does take patience. Cleaning is easy enough, which makes it less of a hassle to stick with. I wouldn't wear it all day, but for short sessions it stays in place without irritation. It doesn't magically reshape anything overnight, but it offers a gentle push in the right direction with regular use. It's not invisible when worn, so probably best kept for home use. Overall it serves its purpose well without being too intrusive. Not flawless, but definitely functional.

Came as a pair in the two sizes that I opted for out of what was available. They are flexible and so go up the nose, but were just not the right shape for my needs, being a bit too narrow and long. So these are not useful to me and made nasal breathing a bit worse, individual experiences of course will vary. Both came supplied in an individual little plastic box and they didn't smell too bad or anything.

A well made very comfortable pair of Nasal Retainers. Since I started wearing reading glasses, they change the skin and inside of Nose to be more 'loose'. Without fully open airway, it has made me a mouth breather when I sleep! The Nasal Retainer slides into nose and stays securely until pull out next morning. They are Very effective at keeping nose open throughout the night as the size of airway is sufficient for good airflow. The size is easy to determine by measuring by the guide chart. I used the first night and have used every night as I actually sleep throughout the night without waking several times plus I no longer have Dry mouth, Dry throat. A great value to increase air flow through sinus passages.

think I paid nearly £30 quid for this. It isn't worth anything like that. Its just some silicone, nothing too special. The channels, for want of a better word, are too narrow to let enough airflow through. If you're from america, the Nasal Dilators from Brisson were great, but they're no longer being made/sold here and can't be got in the UK, so I've had to make do with WoodyKnows dilators, which aren't as good, but do the job.

Fine for short bursts of use, but not totally reliable for overnight wear.
