Bought this oven mainly because I wanted to use it for steaming vegetables and other food items. I can't believe how well it's made and above all how well it works! Steam cooking seals in juices and vitamins and all the nutrients we need without drying food out. Although it's not in the recipe book, I made a frittata in steam mode and turned on the air fryer to brown the top. It was the lightest and fluffiest frittata I ever ate. I've done clams, oysters, and shrimp all with great results. Broccoli, cauliflower, and string beans. They all come out fantastic! There's only 1 thing wrong with this machine - it's not big enough - I should have ordered the larger one!!!

I ordered this to replace my full size oven. The 25.4QT size can easily accommodate cooking for myself as well as a party of 3-5 others. It is very easy to use and I find the soft chimes rather than loud beeps very pleasant. It is very high quality and well made. The self-cleaning function is a dream and makes this a keeper. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this oven! It has put the joy back in cooking! I would highly recommend this to anyone considering its purchase.

I really like it because it has a steaming mode. Although I already have three air fryers, I've only used this one for steaming, but it works very well. The machine looks very nice on the outside.

This product has a nice compact design as well as seemingly good material and assembly quality. However, the quality of electrical/electronic components and control software is sadly lacking. Mine doesn't generate any steam. It keeps flashing "Add Water" indicator with beeping while the water tank is in fact full. Its timer continues counting down even when there is no steam and desired temperature is not reached. The temperature display is only the setting temperature instead of actual oven temperature. The touch buttons on the control panel doesn't work reliably either. Also interestingly, this oven seems to be very similar to (or the same as?) lower priced Secura Multifunction Air Fryer Steam Oven in different color scheme. Although this oven fits my kitchen and household size, it will be returned.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this air fryer+++ is wonderful. It bakes, air fries, steams and has a self clean option. It is very easy to use. I have another air fryer that is very hard to change temp and time. I’ve also used Emeril’s fryer and baker and liked it also. It’s a little larger but the old model did not steam, the new ones might.
