This stuff really works!
This stuff starts working within 10-15 minutes on an empty stomach or even half an hour after eating. It definitely gives an effective energy boost for a more intense workout, whether it is strength training, or a run. I love that there seem to be no negative side effects or jitters since there is no added caffeine. I will continue using this product and likely order again.

Great product. Everyone I talk to that's a professional that use this agrees it's great. The under educated may say whoop-dee-doo or is nothing great. They need to do their research and stick to their antibiotic illegal steroids?

This stuff is intense!
I wasn’t expecting much. I’ve been taking some old left-over ‘Concrete’ brand creatine. I took about half the recommended dosage (improperly after reading further on proper dosage as well as use). This product clears up you thinking instant! Bing! I wasn’t really wanting to train or workout at all when I received this earlier today. I was simply taking the product in order to keep up my creatine stores. I did not purchase this for the other radically obvious affect that seems to be a silent caveat. My mind is clear. I feel a bit hyped up but not spinning. There is even a sort of high feeling. I still didn’t train but it was not a caffeine type of boost and crash. I’m still feeling the effects several hours later. I don’t feel that this product will influence sleep negatively because though I feel more aware I still feel relaxed. The proper way to dose this supplement is to place 5 x 1ML sublingual serving under the tongue [each dropperful until absorbed prior than the succeeding 1ML serving]. I took the product correctly out of habit (it had a familiarity about it). However I simply swallowed it and swallowed 2-3 more soon after. However upon reading up (online) the product should be taken sublingually (as in intuitively suspected). The asking the product just prior to an event/bout.*I bought this product using an EBT card. I was just as surprised as you might be in that it clearly r ads as a supplement (in the ingredient panel portion). So I appreciate the accessibility in this moment as I’m using my benefits to become more ready for work and overall fitness (and response). Although I don’t expect it to still be available in the same way going forth I don’t have to use the old solid mass of creatine that the ‘Concrete’ brand solidified into fir this month! I skip the unhealthy foods with the benefits I am awarded and purchase items that will help enable me to be clearer, fitter and stronger in the event that I should be able to move away from qualifying in the near future. “It’s always good to check what you can purchase with EBT before simply going unhealthy with your choices!”

Too expensive for what it's worth. Felt no changes to Energy levels. No scientific backing.
Pros: The stuff doesn't taste bad, and it comes with a dropper that is marked with 1 mL. Also the container is quite portable so you can take it to the gym or wherever you are going to workout.Cons: You have to use the dropper five times for each serving... Meaning you have to carefully and meticulously pull out exactly 1 mL (which takes about 10 seconds to do) and put the contents of that into your mouth and swallow, and repeat that five times, before each workout session. Also, I didn't notice any change in energy.Don't let this trick you. This is not Creatine Monohydrate which comes in a powder form and is scientifically proven to work with research papers to back it up. This is a questionable serum in which the main ingredient is said to be Creatinol-O-Phosphate, which is not backed up by scientific literature. I ended up buying it because I didn't do my research until I already opened the bottle and used one serving where after my first workout, my brother informed me that it was a rip off after using Chat GPT to research the ingredients in the serum. As for my final thoughts: Just buy Creatine Monohydrate. It's usually way cheaper than this product, proven to work, and usually contains far more servings as well.

No measurements shown on dropper.
I could read (barely) from the bottle that a serving size is 5ml, though with no markings on the dropper...how are we to know how to properly dose?
