These sink stoppers and garbage disposal stoppers are great quality. I’ve tried seversl sink stoppers and couldn’t find one to fit my snk. This one fit perfectly and does not let water pass through. The seal is so tight it might be diffyfor an elderly person to maneuver. My 81 year old mother had difficulty removing the stopper from the sink. I would give this stopper a 10 out of 10. Great quality and well made.

I loved the clean and stylish look of these when I received them, but was skeptical that they'd work because other reviewers had mentioned they do not hold the water in. Upon receipt, I plugged one firmly into my drain and filled my sink to the top with water. I left items to soak overnight and when I returned the next morning, all of the water was completely drained from the sink. The item seemed to be a complete failure.My plan was to throw them out but since I had no other stopper to use, luckily I decided to use it one more time first, in order to soak a few more items. To my great surprise, this stopper worked flawlessly on the second try. When I returned to my sink, I expected to see all the water gone as with the first attempt, but this time my sink was just as full of water as I had left it. Since I inserted this drain plug in the exact same manner both times, I believe that the rubber ring softened up during the second use allowing it to form a better seal the second time around. Now that the rubber ring is a bit softer, I have had no problem with leakage, and all the water I put in my sink stays there until I remove the plug. Also, the design is such that it makes the plug easy to grasp, even underwater, which is helpful in removing the plug when the pressure of the water in the sink wants to keep it in place.I am so glad I didn't just throw these out after the first failure as I initially planned. It functions perfectly now. I recommend these and would advise to give the rubber ring, which is stiff and inflexible out of the package, a bit of time in the water to soften up. After that, they become more pliable and conform better to the drain opening. I have had no problems with this product beyond the first use. This stopper now holds a giant sink full of water for days without even the slightest leakage.

These are hard to find in a store and are my favorite sink stoppers. They work great....keep water in the sink and don't allow water to leak out. Great product and good quality.

I've had these for almost a year now, I think. At first, when I got them, I thought that they did not fit the drain right, because instead of plugging into the drain, they kind of sit on the rim of it. It seemed that they should be going in deeper. It did not look like they would make a proper seal to keep the water from draining away. A couple of times they did move a bit when I first used them and didn't hold the water. However, I found that with applying a bit of pressure to them as the sink starts to fill they do indeed make a decent seal and will keep the sink at the level I fill it to all day, or even a few days (yeah yeah, sometimes I don't get to my dishes, single guy and all that). The previous sink stoppers I had were almost identical in looks, except they were all plastic, and were just a tiny hair smaller, which made them go deeper into the drain. I like these ones better in that they are stainless steel, except around the rim which is something like hard rubber, so they stay clean and don't discolor. The plastic ones started looking nasty after a couple of years which is why I replaced them. I expect that if the rubbery edges hold up these will stay cleaner and looking pretty new for years.

My previous sink stopper had a flimsy rubber seal that circumvented a hard black plastic stopper, but it was constantly coming out of its place. It was like a big, thick black rubber band that had to be carefully reinserted around the outer edge of the stopper - taking precious time and thereby causing various expletives in my brain to ALMOST spill out of my mouth. And this happened at least once every day. This new kitchen stopper is ONE piece. It doesn't come apart, The fit is TIGHT - almost too tight - but nothing a good tug can't loosen. Better a little tight than not tight enough. And I no longer conjure up unspoken expletives when helping my wife do the dishes. I love it when pesky, daily irksome problems can be solved for around $10.

It does the job to hold the water without any drip before the rubber broken.We used this to hold the commercial sink water over night without any drip but it's very hard to pull it out to let go the water. After a few week use then the rubber start cracking.

This thing stopper is a very nice stopper. It is stainless steel and it has rubber all around the edges of the sink stopper. But, I have an older sink that it did not fit into because of the size of the drain hole was too small for the drain stopper. I had to send them back. That is the only thing I found wrong with these drain stoppers is that it didn't fit my the drains in my sink. If it did fit the drain hole in the sink, I would have kept them.

Received the sink stoppers today, I was in dire need of this and couldn't wait to get home to try. At first I couldn't get the stopper to stay in place, tried several times, water continued to seeped through the drain. By this time I was getting a bit discouraged so I decided to review my order again to see if there were any others having the same issue. Well, low and behold there was a video with the product advertisement. Thank God I watched the video!My suggestion to others is to run water in your sink and then apply the stopper. Works great and as I write this review water is still in the sink...no seeping through.Wha'la I'm thrilled to have found this product!!😅**Product is new so I can't tell you about the cleaning of it. Will rate that section once I have to clean it...doesn't seem that will be an issue.
